We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe rooms are fairly dated, and the attached cafe is not good value at all, though there are good options close to the property. Facilities are fairly basic, but adequate.
The location is superb, right in the middle of Bugis and a very short walk to Rochor and Bugis station, with Dhoby Ghaut also a walk-able distance. There is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity, including plenty of hawker stores, markets and eateries. The lobby is well kept, and the staff are courteous. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the value cannot be understated. Will definitely consider this hotel again.

Very basic hotel but clean and well priced for Singapore. Staff were friendly and the location was good. Easy to get cabs from here and not too far from the majority of places you would want to go.

The room itself was a cozy haven, meticulously cleaned daily and equipped with air conditioning that worked like a charm (an absolute blessing in the tropical heat). While the window opened to a duct, the lack of a scenic view was a small trade-off for such a convenient location. Step outside, and you’re spoiled for choice with an array of eateries nearby, offering something for every craving. Plus, major tourist attractions are just a short stroll away. The best part? It’s reasonably priced, offering fantastic value for money. In a nutshell, Summer View provided a comfortable, hassle-free stay. If you’re after convenience and affordability, this place is definitely worth considering!
