Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe overall condition of the room is quite old and used, needs some upgrading. Peeling sofas, badly scratched floors, cracked bathroom tiles. The WiFi service was awful, and it has been an issue as mentioned by other travelers. They have not fixed it yet. It was impossible to get a fast connection or a stable connection in the 3 rooms we were staying in. It is not costly to upgrade so all rooms can have access easily. This is now an expected standard in a serviced apartment. Some issues were fixed fast, but others required a change of room (ants in one room, leaking water closet in another for 3 days before it could be fixed due to Lunar New Year holidays). It was unfortunate that they didn't have any options once the payment is made, even if there are multiple issues that require a room change (which they didn't have and didn't provide alternative stays at hotels). There was no option for a refund either which was not quite acceptable. They did offer a free extension but that would not be helpful for travelers with outbound air tickets. Eventually they offered free taxi rides to the airport which was a small fraction of the daily rate. In each room, there should be a hand towel or face towel, instead of just the bath towel. This is the expected standard in all hotels or serviced apartments. Since there's no daily housekeeping (only twice a week), then they need to place extra towels in case they are needed. I truly hope they improve their deficits so that I might consider staying there again when I visit Singapore.
The staff was very responsive to questions and requests. The location was suitable to public transportation but it still required walking about 12 mins to the MRT in the heat. The roof-top garden was very nice to sit in in the evenings.

AustraliaThe place is old and a bit run down. Housekeeping diluted hand wash and shower gel with water rather than topping up.
The location is ok, 7 mins walk to mrt and a few minutes drive from Orchard. Washing machine and large fridge was provided.

AustraliaI was very happy with my stay there and it had everything I needed and it was very comfortable and pleasant. But it may not be as suitable for someone with different requirements. (a) The one-bedroom apartment is really suitable only for one person. A large sofa but there was only one desk-cum-dining chair. Crockery (pieces missing) were sufficient only for one person, although I imagine that they would provide extra crockery if requested. (b) No breakfast facilities in the building. If you were planning to cook or have some meals in the apartment, although there were pots and pans (for cooktop), there were no suitable containers to use for the microwave. Small bugbear: No draining board or a draining rack for the kitchen sink. Some minor things which could be issues for a few people: (c) There are quite a few steps up from the driveway up to the front entrance of the building. This could be difficult if you have large and heavy suitcases (so you may need to check and make arrangements for access by lift up from the basement car-park level). (d) TV: I could locate only one free-to-air channel with scratchy reception and there did not seem to be any easy access to get cable or local or international news channels. (e) Unlike staying in a major hotel, the front desk is not manned all the time. Communications are by WhatsApp - but the staff appeared to be on-site most of the time (even though not at the front desk) and were very quick and very responsive to any WhatsApp messages and this worked well. (f) Like many parts of Singapore, can't easily hail a cab off the street and will need to use an App to get taxis - which can be difficult during peak hours or when there are heavy rains. Although it is easily accessible by MRT, the location may not suit everyone - and an infrequent visitor to Singapore may prefer a location in a more central and "touristy" area which is within walking distance of the more high-end shops and up-market dining options.
Approx 10 minutes walk from Novena MRT station and its shopping complexes, and also the United Square shopping mall. Both of which are well-served with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, food courts, beauty salons etc. Although it is located slightly out of the centre of the city, the MRT provides quick and easy access to other parts of the city such as Orchard Road and Raffles Place. The apartment was of a good quality and standard, modern with pleasant decor, comfortable bed - and importantly, it was very clean! Housekeeping (on request, twice a week) was good and thorough. Ample wardrobe space and hangers, room-safe for valuables, washing machine/dryer, full-sized fridge, and a good-sized balcony with table, chairs & ceiling fan. Wifi was ok for my needs. Check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. I booked this at the last minute and got a good discounted (non-refundable) rate, The overall quality of the apartment was very good value at this price. Would happily stay there again if it was available at a similar rate.

AustraliaThe only complaint I have is the lack of proper curtains or blackout curtains in the living area for the apartments. Of course the light shines straight into the bedrooms too. When you are holidaying or working in Singapore you need good rest and having full curtains to darken the room is really important. Otherwise everything else was great.
Excellent serviced residences that I have stayed a few times now. Great rooms, great location with nice facilities. Away from the busy and more expensive city locations but not far away.

ItalyDue to a lack of staffing the common areas look a bit abandoned, especially the rooftop space and the gym. Nothing major though.
The Apartments are located in a very strategic neighbourhood of Singapore, quiet yet central and well-connected to the rest of the city via public transport. They are among the best, high-quality yet cheap options when it comes to an expensive city such as Singapore. They have all the necessary amenities, plus a very nice swimming pool and a rooftop garden from where you can enjoy beautiful views of Singapore's skyline. Management was very kind to us, and during our stay let us stay in an upgraded apartment although we had booked by error a lower one.

SingaporeJust couple of hiccups. If you are not a fussy traveller, this is quite a nice place for long stay. TV channels are very limited. News took up almost 1/3-1/2 the channels. Although the room has not much view (as its only 6 floors building (including roof top), it's still bright during the day.
Room was spacious enough for 2 pax. Toilet was also quite big. Well equipped kitchenette which we use to cook up few meals. Fridge was big enough to store food and drink for 1-2 weeks easily. Location was good, Near few malls and food centre (within 10-15 mins walk). Room was quiet except for occasionally sound from door closing from other units. Rooftop garden was a plus point. Nice view and quite windy. Just be prepare for mosquitos repellent. Pool was not big but good enough for a dip or leisure swim.

SerbiaIt was far from MRT station (arround 900 m), which would not be a problem anywhere in Europe, but in Asia with unbearable hot weather, high humidity and two suitcases of almost 30 kg, or for guests with children would definitely be an obstacle without using Grab or taxi service. It was impossible to use gym because there was no AC there, as well as in the lobby, and no ventilators on the rooftop which is the only place you can take video or any other wa calls due to extremely lousy wifi, which is unthinkable in the city where you have free wifi spots all over. Pool is small and shallow 1,2 m deep just for kids, but the weather is so hot and airless that almost there were no guests in that area. We complained about wifi in the room, but there were no improvements whatsoever. Definitely not value for money. The price is average for that kind of accomodation, but the quality is bellow the average for Singapore.
We liked the kitchen, it had everything we needed for almost two weeks stay, cleaning lady was attentive and immaculate, beds were comfy. Room has wonderful glass wall and view is ok, since the building is in the block where plenty of hospitals and medical schools are located. Room AC was perfect and very pleasant. Bathroom is bigger than in most places in Singapore. There was a small library where we could choose some interesting books.

United StatesThis isn’t really a 4 star, they don’t even give you hand towels or wash clothes. What 4 star would do that? The interior of the apartments are 2 or 3 star level cheap furniture, pretty beat-up, as cheap as possible and limited kitchen furnishings. The pictures are 40% better than in real life, to area for the bathtub is pointless and not really useable.
Close walk to shopping and MRT. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

United StatesWe had an issue with the aircon not cooling the air enough on the first night, and since it disrupted our sleep, the staff kindly moved us to a new room at 1 am after approximately an hour of reporting the issue. We returned to our original room the next morning, and the aircon was cool again. They also sent a technician to service the aircon the next day. Overall the aircon performed well, although still a little warmer than expected on some nights but still bearable. The laundry is strangely in the open space in the basement next to the car park. It was not the cleanest space given its location. It was straightforward to use, but I would have preferred an indoor laundry room rather than an outdoor one.
The apartment was clean, spacious enough for two, and overall the stay was comfortable. Service is overall responsive and helpful - there was always help/response when we needed help via WhatsApp. The service team is active in resolving our issues. For example, when we had some WiFi connectivity issues, a mobile WiFi device was lent to us, which resolved it. Housekeeping is friendly and provides for reasonable requests.

SingaporeAir con at the main property areas not working and the gym too. Dreadful on hot days coming back to a warm building. Wear and tear as the place is more then 10 years old. Part of the property is used for storage wish they donate these furniture and stuff then keeping them in resting room and car park making it’s unsightly and unsafe (fire)

Singapore1) The water heater was not always working well. I raised it up to the staff via WhatsApp but things did not improve. The heater worked for short bursts of time and then we were hit with cold water. 2) Note that cleaning has to be requested and is done maximum twice a week (excluding Sundays and the day before your check out). 3) They have two TVs and a DVD player which is great but neither of them are smart TVs so you can’t watch Netflix unless you connect your laptop to the TV via HDMI. Even then the speakers were old and unable to deal with the sound effects of most movies. In the end we simply watched movies on my laptop. If they upgraded their TVs the stay would have been much much more pleasant. 4) The Check in process could have been smoother, for some reason they missed our booking and we had to wait a bit. That would ordinarily have been fine but the lobby isn’t air conditioned.
We stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was spacious and had all the amenities promised. The kitchenette was great and they provide basic cookware. the refrigerator was big and useful. They allowed us an extra hour for checkout. They did provide clean towels and toilet paper upon. requests. The bed was extremely comfy. Staff were responsive to WhatsApp messages. The room and toilet were clean. Location is also great. Apart from a few things they can improve on, overall it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely stay there again.
