We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room. I noticed that they lacked indoor slippers, toothbrushes, and, most notably, there were only two towels.The soundproofing is not good.

My elderly mother slipped and fell down while bathing due to the wet and slippery bathroom’s floor. Thankfully, the cleaner gave us an additional towel to cover the floor to prevent similar incident from happening again.

The toilet was really small and there was a weird smell coming from the toilet. It was clean but the smell would be overwhelming eps when we came back from trips.
Property was pretty good besides the really small toilet. Beside the property, the staff , Michelle, John and Eriqa, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our stay were made easy and comfortable thanks to them.

The room size was small. It should have a window. If possible.
The location of the hotel is very good bus stop and restaurants are very near to the hotel . Even super markets are near to value hotel.

The rooms are not sound proof. I could heard the taking on the phone from the next door. And in the room I stayed on 2nd floor 216, the shower is spoiled and the water diverge 360 direction.
The room are clean and comfort. There is a large hawker stall just 7-10 mins away, so we don't need to worry about foods. Also there is a bus stop just infront of the hotel. Car parking is also available, and charge 10 sgd flat rate for overnight, which is reasonable in Singapore.

The rooms were small, so if you have more luggage you should prefer to stay in another hotel. Also, the rooms were without windows, you have to pay extra $10/night if want room with windows.
Accomodation is expensive in Singapore, so if you want to spend a few nights- it's a good deal. Moreover, the bus stop is nearby so commute is easy.

No hand soap in the bathroom (small shower gel & shampoo bottles were provided though). Only 2 standard smaller size pillows on bed, which depends on a person may or may not be enough. Walls are bit thinner, so you can sometimes hear people in nearby rooms.
Staff is very helpful and nice. Location is still decent, with nothing being too far by grab. There are decent food options nearby. Definitely good value for money considering the location.

the lift is so stuffy… no aircon inside. quite hardly to breath for old people if we stay in the higher floor, luckily we only stayed at 2nd floor. the bed is in the room 235 is not good.

I have stayed here a couple of times, under my name and others with different bookings. The staff just aren’t very friendly. Last time we went with a group, one of the staff was taking subtle rude jabs at my foreigner friend. He didn’t understand them, and I had to step in because I could see what was going on. This time, the service wasn’t bad, but it just wasn’t welcoming. I also wanted to check the price with the online booking as there were some problems a few days prior online, and I wanted to check the hotel amount with what I was being charged online. Not because I didn’t trust the price, I just wanted to make sure that the problem was solved with my online dispute. While trying to look up my booking for 30 seconds, the staff just seemed impatient/ annoyed. Once again, they weren’t bad this time at all. But just not welcoming.
Location is convenient for late night eats and with a convenience store nearby.

Sometimes other guests who check in late at night gets very noisy with shouting / loud noises that wakes me up. Could use a better pillow.
Good location, comfortable bed, can ask for water and toiletries. Check in was easy. The room I stayed in has no window but the air is good. The bathroom is very clean.
