The location, excellent. Both bus and Metro and the food options around the hotel. They don’t sell the hotel enough on these. Easy walking distance from two metro lines taking you to the key sites. Very close to the direct bus onto Sentosa (Universal Studios, Adventure Cove etc (the 123 bus) along with many other routes

floor and chair are not clean, may be there are bed bugs, I felt itchy on both hand during the night, and found a few red spots after.

Everything was great, I would stay here again!

It's a very comfortable hotel, 20 minutes walk to Chinatown. The rooms are roomy and the beds are extremely comfortable! Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a busstop in front of the hotel from where you can get in 5 minutes to Chinatown or a little longer to other parts of the city. A great way of transport and you can just check in and out with your credit card!

Comfortable room. Well located hotel with a bus stop directly opposite. Only one stop away on any bus to the nearest MRT station. The hotel is a short walk from a local covered food court, offering a wide variety of food at very reasonable prices.

strategically located at Tiong Bahru, very lovely neighborhood, with amazing cute little shops. Easy to go around, as bus station is located across the hotel. Room is spacious for singapore standard at this price range, cozy bed, great insulated wall and modern ambience

The room was quite large and clean; although the chairs and bathroom mirror could use some refurbishment. The hotel was located in a really interesting area and not too far from the mrt station.

Very clean and comfortable. Good facilities in the accommodation, and the evening receptionist Khine was particularly helpful but all staff were helpful. Nothing was too much trouble if we needed extra top ups, no extra charge, i.e toiletries, water bottles. Great location - Tiong Bahru, for accessing local amenities - food markets, regular bus services if needed, and the shopping plaza easily accessible on footin less than 20 mins, with an impressive variety of eating places reflecting the mix of cultures - Malay, Chinese, Indian.

Standard checkout timing for this hotel is 11am. Would be nice if that can be pushed back a little, to better enjoy its facilities!

The hotel doesn't have much facilities, there is no breakfast (you are basically living in singapores breakfast hub, so that shouldnt be a problem), no pool or a gym.

This is such a great hotel for a short stay in Singapore. Great Location in Tiong Bahru (although a bit of a walk to the nearest MRT - 500m), but right in the center of Singapore's coffee hub. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Windows are bright and insulated pretty well for Singapore standard, so that you will barely hear the traffic coming from the junction and the CTE. I am very sensitive to noise, but could therefore sleep very well. Very friendly staff. Great lobby.

The air-condition temperature gauge wasn't 100% accurate.

The room was larger than expected and very clean. All the technology worked as described and location of the Hotel was convenient for eating. Hotel staff were great both during check-in and check out.
