Singapore1) we came in, and asked for 2 extra pillows. the pillows was dusty. 2) no instructions were given on how to work the projector. wifi was rather slow. front desk staff also dont know how to use it. had to buy hdmi connector to screen mirror our phone 3) the shower head water pressure was sooooo weak. didnt have a great shower this morning. 4) iron board is shared. had to go up to level 2 to use. not convenient for hijabis. once all these issues are fixed, i think this hotel would be perfect!
the room was amazing. its spacious. the toilet was also very spacious.

SingaporeRoom card was not working and can’t lock the door which is a breach of security issue. Room is very dirty and uncleaned. Very poor room conditions and hygiene. Lack of staff support and false promises made by staff. There were holes in towel and unchanged dirty slippers. Little to no warm shower and aircon as well. See pictures for evidence.
Location is decent. Otherwise, there is nothing good about this hotel.

AustraliaDo not be fooled by all the nice photos and advertisements on their profile. Rooms are very small and dated with stains on walls and bedding. Damaged tiles in the bathroom. There is this damp and musty smell in the room which makes you feel sick instantly. We checked in at 9 PM and walked out 30 mins later to find another hotel nearby.

Despite telling the front desk staff about this, the best they could gave me was a pathetic answer which is “he can’t do anything about it coz the technician/maintenance guy has gone home”. SingaporeThe room full of dust. Its like nobody clean the room before checking-in. In addition, the room was next to a toilet. Can hear people coming in and out of the toilet which was disruptive at night while sleeping. Wifi connection in the room was bad and tv channels was very limited.

PhilippinesIt is not well kept. Very dirty, dusty and even has moldy walls. The bathroom floors are not tiled, they’re just painted so its kinda weird. The interiors look good but then it is not well maintained.

SingaporeWe entered the room, there was a pungent smell. Turns out there were fruits in the fridge that was there for at least a week and was not thrown out. TV was not working at all. General upkeep was not maintained. Coffee and tea bags provided, but no electric kettle. Bath towels were frayed.

Singaporeservice was very unpleasant and the amenities in the room were minimal. we misplaced the room key card during our stay (which happens to many travelers) and we were fined $50 replacement fee, after getting scolded from the hotel owner, for something that was accidental which doesn’t make sense). the room was very dusty and old and that does justify the price you would be paying.

VietnamThe place is in dire need of a refurbishment - everything looks tired and grubby - it is trying to be hip -and probably was when it opened but is now very shabby - stairs and floor filthy - bedding was clean but room not cleaned every day-we had to ask for supplies to be refilled - sad it is a lovely heritage building in dire need of TLC
One staff member (male) was very helpful replaced the kettle and fridge- kettle was filthy and fridge did not work - he should get a bonus because he was the only person who seemed to care about the guests. Location was good -very convenient

Peeling paint, mould, not hoovered, bedsheets didn't smell fresh Bathroom was full of hair, no hand soap provided, no spare loo roll. Shower covered in soap scum Offered an alternative room, much better in size but stank of smoke, bathroom had a window the size of the wall and you could see straight into it, And bathroom was still filthy. Told we couldn't use the pool Lift was out of action Automatic security door on the front of the building didn't work

Due to the cleanliness of this hotel (non existant), and facilities that weren't working - pool, lift and automatic security door, the only positive that I'm giving is there was no quibble by staff when we said that it had severely fell short of expectations and refunded is with no argurment

SingaporeI would have given the property a good review if it was priced lesser. With the price charged, I could have gotten a better hotel. The property is poorly maintained even from the exterior. The lift felt unsafe too. The room’s equipments are questionable - Shower head broken and was taped with a yellow tape - Bath tub was broken - Room door was chipped - The room was generally dusty - Fridge was not even cold - King size bed was 2 single beds combined, with no bed frame either My room was not cleaned after my first night. Only when we feedback to the counter and asked for our room to be cleaned, then they did.
The location was convenient.

Germanywe only booked because it had a pool. no one mentioned that the pool had a glass bottom with a room full of middle aged men sleeping in bunk beds right underneath. needless to say i had no desire to deliver a show by using the pool. the room itself had paint coming off the walls, many moldy spots - really disgusting. the aircon only had on and off and was so freezing we had to turn it off. horrendous value for money.

Malaysia- Bad management. Denied our booking confirmation made via booking.com. - Very unprofessional staffs. Staffs seem to have no idea what they are doing. They lost the key rooms. Had to wait 45 mins for them to find keys to our rooms when we checking in. When we were returning keys during our check outs, they didnt even bother to keep the keys. They just leave it on the counter unattended. I even had to advice them to keep the keys but they still didn’t even keep it. - Bad smell. Dirty room (Dusty, saw cockroach.) Dirty toilet (dirty and patchy flooring). - Old school payment. Does not receive card, does receive QR pay. Only cash accepted.
