We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Simple breakfast available between 6am-8am $7.50 coffee/tea toast. Was a short walk 4min to the closest MRT station and 10min walk to the closest Plaza with shops, restaurants etc. The mattress was a bit hard but overall the place was clean and tidy and location and price was perfect for us.

GermanyThe room was not beautiful but had everything we need and the price for Singapore is just unbeatable so we were more than happy about it. It’s including the gym and that was important to us. The location is good, just a few minutes walk from the metro. Breakfast is just a little but very tasty and friendly woman working there. Check out could have been better, the older man didnt ask about our stay, just said goodbye. Important thing: It‘s a christian hotel, so please act respectful when you stay there as a guest. Thank you.

United KingdomWe paid extra for breakfast. It was a very small egg sandwich with some small hash browns and two small slices of orange. It was OK, but I don't think it was good value.
The YMCA is in a fantastic location. There is a bus stop outside and a metro station a few minutes walk away. It's about a ten minute walk to Clarke Quay and 20 minutes to China Town. The room was clean, basic and the bed was comfy.
