This is an elegant hotel that feels like home. It is as cozy as it is tailored, as hospitable as it is polished. We had a basic room that felt every bit of luxury. Every detail is carefully appointed and thoughtful. The hotel has a wonderful chef and every meal is excellent.

Air conditioning in the room was making a little noice while turned on.

A wonderful romantic getaway in an extremely beautiful and pleasant hotel. We would very much like to praise the staff who are available at all times. Regardless of the fact that the hotel was fully occupied, the guest has the feeling that he is staying there alone and has the whole hotel to himself. We would like to commend the excellent spa which is very easy to access and open 24/7, we also thank you for the massage appointment despite the fact that the appointments were sold out. The rooms are large, spacious, open, clean. The restaurant is excellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who prioritize privacy and quality service. We will definitely be back, thank you.

Although my husband and I have only stayed here for 1 night, we are very satisfied with the hotel. We have already stayed in another 5-star hotel in Rogaska but it cannot be compared to this hotel. We were most impressed by the bathroom. It is very big. It has a bathtub and a shower cabin. Not to mention that you have Bvlgari cosmetics in the bathroom. The room is also big enough. The bed is comfortable. The most exciting thing is that they have wellness available 24 hours per a day. We were the only guest there. The breakfast is also excellent. It's not self-service. The coffee was very good. The staff was really friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel when we need a peace and relaxation. I recommended this hotel for sure.

The rooms are not as exquisitely furnished as usually in 5 star hotels, but a bigger problem is the poorly functioning air conditioning. Even when set at 18 degrees and full power, it could hardly cool the room to an agreeable temperature through the day. Since it was quite loud, we turned it off in the night and the room soon became hot again (although it was night).

The breakfast was amazing, we were especially thrilled with syrniki, while eggs benedict were among the best we’ve ever had - made with exceptionally good ingredients (tasty brioche and high quality ham). The spa is rather small, but since the hotel was not full we had the luxury of having the whole spa for ourselves. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the welcome package of fresh fruit and mineral water.
