The location was perfect. We were within a 5 minutes walk of everything we needed. The room size was great. More than we needed, and the bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast was lovely, lots of different options and the staff were attentive.

Very well located. I walked everywhere but there is also a bus stop 2 min away with connections for instance to the bus/train station. The hotel had it all for a comfortable stay, specially for a winter vacation. Well decorated. It was in pleasant area of Ljubljana with lots of shopping/restaurants/cafés near by. Breakfast was also great. Staff was always very kind and helpful. I had a fantastic stay and would comeback.

Everything was perfect

Very nice simple breakfast served as buffet + scrabbledd egg served on request. Amazing staff, crazily polite and nice. Fantastic welcome ! I truly advise everyone to try that.

The central heating wasn’t very effective and it was really cold outside.

The staff were fantastic. We arrived soaking wet after a long walk from the bus station but were welcomed and offered a welcome drink. I had a problem with one of the 2 rooms we had booked as the room hadn’t been cleaned or bedding changed. The manager was extremely apologetic and offered me a different room and apologised for the mistake with the house keeping.

Exceptional service! Not having an ice machine did not stop these wonderful people. They went to other businesses in the neighborhood so I would be able to ice my sprained ankle.

Breakfast was great value & the staff were very professional offering good customer service. The room was clean & very quaint. The hotel location was superb and in the city I was always feeling safe in the streets with no problems whatsoever.

Beautiful boutique hotel with super kind staff and perfect location in the Heart of Lubiana. Nothing to add, It has exceeded our expectations and its not Easy traveling with a 1 yr old baby! Bravo'!

Perfect location in the old town. Not noisy at night. Great sized room & ensuite. Friendly staff, lovely lounge area to relax in. Close to everything - sights, shops, etc. Good breakfast with enough variety to suit most tastes. Eggs made to order, otherwise continental style spread.

There was constant humming noise from the aircon and I did not figure a way to turn it off. Maybe the staff would have been able to help, but I did not reach out to them. No light blocking curtain on the window.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Location is good for walking around the city. Decent breakfast, not a huge selection but enough. Room was clean.
