Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

you need to pay for parking and usually there is no free space at asphalted parking lot, so you need to park on gravel.

- Room we got was way too small. - Even though generally clean, room had a particular stained scent.
- Establishment and rooms generally clean and maintained. - Whole facility and surroundings very diverse and comprehensive, offering enough secured parking space, gym/sports facilities around etc. Plenty to do. - Staff welcoming and multi-lingual. - Fairly close to city center, and local Lidl shop at 50m. - Beds are comfy

The toilet was clean but there was an unpleasant odour also the showerhead is horrible, would need soaking in vinegar to dissolve all the calculus, becsuse of this showering is not that pleasent.
The room was clean and tidy, the location is good with parking but sometimes it is difficult to find a free parking space. The breakfast was great.

Room was comfy (although we had a 3 person room and the 3rd bed was not full size). The staff were lovely, breakfast was good. Access to the gym was awesome. It is across the road from an amazing climbing gym.

Bathroom was quite small and when showering the floor gets almost completely wet. Not loud but constant humming noise during the night.
Room was clean and warm. Parking place was available on site with no additional fee. Sauna and fitness included in price and very good selfservice breakfast.

Room was tiny, even for one person. Second bunk bed perfectly positioned for smashing your head against its corner.
Lively location, close to local amenities, helpful staff. Convenient electronically locked entrance for smokers.

You can see the street completely through the window, and there is a smoker, so we couldn't ventilate it.
Helpful staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed - we also got a cot for our baby.

There was only one socket for electricity.
Hotel room was very small, but clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had variety of food and it was filled regularly.

How small the room was and no table. I can't imagine staying there with 2 more people (as there are beds) along with their luggage. This room is appropriate really only for sleeping. I's a good thing I needed it just for that.
Nice breakfast, clean room. Location not too far from Ljubljana center and the price was acceptable. The stay was just for the night so I could not check the rest of the options that the hotel offers.

The room is really tight, not much space even to sit down, unless you do it on the bed. During shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. But these are not unbearable things, for a short stay I do recommend the hotel.
We liked the access to the fitness center. Breakfast was fine. Parking available in front of the hotel, we chose to leave the car and go to downtown by bus (around 20min to reach the centre ville, bus stop very close to the hotel). Personel was friendly and helpful, they let us check in before time, it was highly appreciated!

The room was quite small and there was a lot of noise in the morning from some reconstructions in the area. The breakfast was of very low quality products.
It's a fine hotel almost outside of the city. It has everything you need at a good price. There are sports facilities in the same building. If we knew, perhaps we'd plan time to use them. The people at the reception were ultra nice and helpful. There is a nearby bus that will take you downtown for 20 min.
