Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

After showering everything in the bathroom gets wet, it is so small and there is only a shower curtain. Under the curtain the water gets out.
We only stayed one night, the room was small but clear and the breakfast was good.

The room was quite smelly. It seems that (big) dogs were sleeping there before us. The common areas were also not very clean.
The room was small but comfortable. The price is good for the quality offered. The breakfast, although not very diverse, is good.

Extra small rooms, with strange room plan. The person who designed the bathroom was not quite logical- if you take the bath, whole bathroom floods. Only one electric outlet in room. No twin bed, only two single beds.
The breakfast was the biggest value of the stay. Room was clean and tidy. Great place to take sa sleep and have a breakfast.

The room was quite small and it is a bit difficult to move around especially when you have a child.
The room was clean, breakfast was really good, right outside of the restaurant where you can have your breakfast there's like a small playground for children. Everybody was polite.

A minor issue was that the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom and everytime we took a shower the whole bathroom became a mess.
New, modern and cozy room, with good breakfast and accepting dogs (5€/night).

The air conditioner in the room didn't work. The room definitely needs updating, including the bathroom. Based on the general condition of the room, the price could have been lower.
Good location, close to the city center and main highways. Convenient parking. Delicious and rich breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff with good English.

Breakfast is the same, item by item every day, could be more diverse. Shower is built with construction defect: there is no proper edge built, so the water goes everywhere. Baby bathtub and maybe a little playing corner for the little ones would have been nice, and not an expensive investment.
Great location, clean, well-designed modern rooms, friendy staff.

Sockets for charging of gadgets are not enough and long distance from the bed. The toilet is clean but the water from the shower get into the floor after using it.

There were no unpleasant surprises.
I liked that the hotel represented the wording on the booking.com. The host also prepared a delicious French breakfast, everything was clean & calm:)

Very Bad smell in the shower from the curtains. The location is not central.
Clean, you can have access to the gym with no extra charge, pet friendly,breakfast was nice but almost no vegan options.

It has a good value for it's price and a huge plus is that the sport facilities can be used as well. Breakfast was also great.
