Australialocation is too far from the city, bus takes 20 minutes. it’s more for sport teams to stay rather then holiday. there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or a safe so it’s very basic. the shower was poorly designed as the water kept going all over the bathroom. nothing special about the hotel for the price and location. Ljubljana is too expensive to stay in

PolandThe experience from the facility after the reception went down when I saw the bathroom. Instead of shower cabin or glass doors, there was a curtain which is probably never washed, and a lot of black fungus between tiles. The doors to the room have been rotten already from the water. There were no smaller towels for hands as well, only 2 big shower towels. But on top of that I think there was a cockroach or a mouse in the room during the night as I could not sleep from the constant noise on the carpet.
The receptionists are very professional, welcoming, providing with all information needed as at the level of nice hotel, very well speaking English. The good thing is the breakfast included. The size of the room is not so big, but it is visible on the pictures, so expected. AC is OK, and good also to have window rollers providing good blackout.

ColombiaThe carpet of the rooms at the Bit hotel have a very intense smell from dampness, as well as the bathroom drains have a terrible smell. We recommend to spend the extra bucks and book a room in their Wud hotel right across the street, which is part of the same hotel chain but has new rooms and are just incredible.
The staff where the most attentive and kind people, they get an 11 out of 10 in customer service. We had to change rooms 3 times because of an intense smell, and they moved us to their newer hotel rooms at the Wud building which was amazing. This rating is based on how we experienced the rooms at the Bit hotel building, however, the room at the Wud hotel where we were moved on our second night was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Italythe room was too small for me, my husband and daughter & all of our stuff. we found a bed bug in our bed on our last morning. taking a shower was messy, the shower head barely worked properly, the body wash wasn’t even properly installed, we found it on the floor.
