Many visits to this hotel and like it very much. However, disappointing room service - slow and rehung the towels the wet towels. It was lovely that they recognised us by name and upgraded us. Breakfast and dinner lovely. Parking good.

The bistro restaurant serving might need improving, not all of the staff are very welcoming Depending on your arrival hour (if it's very late after usual checkin hours), you might have to wait a bit at the reception until someone comes

Amazing and attentive staff. Comfortable and nice room. Delicious a la carte breakfast. Free of charge parking. In case you are looking for a quiet location - this is the perfect choice. Only a few minutes away from the town center (by car). A place I would absolutely visit again.

A very lovely place in the middle of nature. We enjoyed peace, relaxation and good food. They made us a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday, which I appreciated a lot.

We were impressed with the Cad Hotel and felt welcome to return. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, we really liked the bed mattress (not too hard, not too soft). Great breakfast, no buffet but they make and bring dishes upon order. The menu is wide so everyone will find something they want.

That was a lovely accodomation. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, the location is very nice, the breakfast AMAZING! Parking was FREE. The old town is just 30mins walk, the ZOO is also pretty close. EV charging is available at the Hotel but the Tesla Supercharger is also only for stone throwing. We are recommend the Restaurant next to Hotel (Čad Gostlina). Plejskavica is my favorite! Thanks for everything.

The stay at Hotel Chad was phenomenal. Neat, clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast fantastic. It takes an easy walk to the center of Ljubljana. All in all, I am very satisfied.

If I can find anything that could be a bit bad, it's a noise from the inside. You can hear everything in the hallway and room noises from the hallway as well, but there were no disturbances during the night anyway. Also pillows are a bit thin for my taste.

Very helpful and very nice hosts, a clean, spacious, modern room. A lift is I think the fastest I've ever travelled with. Wi-Fi speed is enormously fast (measured about 350 Mbit/s). A breakfast was included and you choose what do you want from the menu (options are numerous), you get a coffee, juice and dessert beside a main breakfast meal. A parking is free of charge and very big too. Highly insulated windows (triple glass), you cannot hear a rain falling outside with the windows closed. No rollbars, but you can make the room totally dark by using thick curtains. I rarely give a ten, but this place deserves nothing less in my opinion.

The hotel is in middle of the forest so it is very refreshing. It is 20-25 min. to the center by walk. A little bit far when you compare to other hotels but totally worth it. Spotless clean and very comfy. Breakfast also nice you can pick from the menu and they serve it to your table. So overall, I recommend strongly.

I don’t care for the custom of using two twin comforters on a king size bed.

I liked the quiet of the location. The superior double was a nice size room, well equipped and new. (The hotel is only three years old). It’s a family owned and run operation which gives it a personal touch. The location in Tivoli Park is about 2 km from the heart of the old city

There was no one at the reception when we had to collect our luggage to leave. Bad timing, I think, but it could have been a real problem had our taxi driver not waited. Other than this, perfect stay!

The park around the hotel is incredible. The room is amazing, the breakfast is so good and the staff is really helpful.

Beautiful setting - mixing the traditional with the modern stylish - in country park but only 30 minutes walk from the old town. Staff all friendly and helpful especially the receptionist who managed to get us checked in early and book us a taxi so we could get to a large family gathering. Food in the bistro and the gostilna was all excellent. Rooms were comfortable and stylish. Ability to park a car free was a big benefit on our particular holiday.

Noise coming out every now and then when others used to go in or out of their rooms i would say its not properly isolated they should either fix the self closer make it slower so others doors dont make such loud noises or isolate rooms more

Beautifully situated in Tivoli park, you can enjoy some easy hiking as well as a 15 minute walk into the center of Ljubljana. The staff were friendly and professional and even encouraged me with my attempts at Slovenian! The breakfasts at Bistro Čad were delicious and I’d recommend the nearby Gostilna restaurant Wonderful place.

Maybe breakfast service. They didn't bring us the whole order, so we waited a long time for the rest, in fact we had to remind them three times where the rest of the order was. I prefere self service, its more practical, especially if you are with a kid
