The reception was almost always empty, and some people had issues with the check-in process. The nonfunctional wifi was also unpleasant. The breakfast was very simple but still a nice bonus for the price. However, there was a bit of confusion because a group of people had there "their own" table full of food, which they only labeled the next day, so nobody knew it was reserved for them on the first day. I know this is probably not the owners fault, but it I felt like it was worth mentioning. I believe it would be helpful to have a sign indicating that certain food is reserved for specific guests, just to avoid confusion. :-)

The view from the room was nice. We were lucky because there was someone at the reception when we arrived, so the check-in went smoothly. It has a large kitchen where you can cook your own food. They also have their own parking place, but one time we had trouble finding a spot because there were too many cars. There is a restaurant right nexto to the accommodation.

The breakfast was like a joke, we had really tiny baked rolls with butter and marmelade and one capsle of coffee. And you cant see from the outside that this house is a hostel.

Bad WiFi connection - only working at reception and ground floor, no connection on 1st and 2nd floor where the rooms are, insufficient number of plugs in the rooms. We stayed 3 days and nobody has cleaned the floors and bathrooms.

The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms - only downstairs in the kitchen and common area. The only way to ventilate the rooms during summer is to have the windows open - meaning files etc get in. This usually wouldn’t be a problem but in the peak of summer on 35 degree days the rooms can be very hot. there are only two bathrooms (one for girls, one for boys) which was surprising given it is quite a large hostel. the room we stayed in was above an outside area that people used for drinking until about 12.30am.. we had to have our windows open because of the heat so this noise made it quite difficult to sleep.

The beds are comfortable and the free breakfast is good! one morning they had crossaints. Big kitchen and shared area and the view is incredible. free parking is good also.

The village is super beautiful! Surrounded by amazing mountains! The hostel stuff was very helpful also. I did the booking with very short notice but discovered that I'm not able to make it to the destination before the check-in closes. I called the hostel and they were very friendly and gave me instructions how to get the key past check-in time. As it seemed to be off season in september, I only had one roommate in 6 bed dorm room. So it was very quiet and calm. The bed was comfortable and breakfast had all the essentials. Definitely a place with good value. Would go there again!

There is no shop in the village, you must go to Bovec - it is not a disadvantage, I write it as an information for the others. 😉

Accomodation is very simple, but exactly what we need for this price - clean room, kitchen where you find everything you need for simple cooking, dining room, big garden.

It was all excellent If you are in a dormitory then there is an extra 2 euro charge for a towel if you don't bring your own

Friendly and helpful owner. Great kitchen facilities and the breakfast was included in the price so good value for money. Breakfast was self service but you could cook eggs the way you liked and a good range of cheese and various cold meats, as well as yoghurt and cereal. Big airy rooms which were spotlessly clean. We were in a 6 bed dormer but there was plenty of space and the private rooms looked lovely too

This was really a nice place! Friendly staff, big rooms, clean bathroom, nice outside area. Breakfast was good as well. There weren’t too many people in the beginning which was a bit eerie at some point, but later on more people arrived. I think the location is a bit remote, but it was perfectly on my way - hiking the Juliana Trail.

The staff was the most generous, kind and funny people. Even though we did not plan to stay at a hostel with bunkbeds as a couple, this was one of the best experiences we had on our entire trip.

In bed i had a lot of space. The Big Plus was a shelf where I had a charger. In the room was a private toilet. Suprise was that I got a fresh towel
