The room was small and hot, there was no provision for tea and coffee, no water or juice in the fridge and few creature comforts. The property was difficult to find and not well signposted. The garden was somewhat neglected - as was the BBQ - and no cycles were available for us.

Very little. This was an ordinary house in a housing estate, with no local shops, eateries or facilities. The Russian owner offered to drive us into the town centre when we left which was kind of her.

It was far away from the center, the bed was very uncomfortable, especially the linen (felt like plastic), the free bikes did not work and the room did not have any windows- it was very hot inside. Rather not good value for what it is.

Very quiet neighbourhood, uncomplicated check-in, it was clean, good comunication with the host.

The apartmentment was really really good: clean, tidy, warm. Located in a really calm road but enought close to the center. the wifi worked really well. I appreciated that the owner of the apartment helped us with the self check in even though we arrived later because of a problem during the trip!

Everything was great! The room was clean and nice. The free bicycle was good and I enjoyed riding in Ljubljana. The district is great, close to a wonderful botanical garden and Ljubljanica river.

The room is very clean, everything is new: soft towels and paper. Orthopaedic pillows. Single full mattress. There is everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Nice little things and details in the room. A barbecue grill in the courtyard. The owners are very attentive and responsive! They are ready to help with headaches and come to the rescue in any situation. Definitely recommend

Calm place, big parking in front of the house. The room is totally equipped with everything you might need! As in apartment with big kitchen. Cleanliness! Simple and nice design! I expected smaller room, because of the caution, while booking process. But it really enough. I even managed to do morning warm up in this space:)

We checked in late at night. I contacted Marina and she immediately sent me the location and I had no trouble finding the ground floor apartment. It was very convenient for the neighbour in front of the house to have a car park. When we entered the apartment it was clean and cosy, everything we needed was there, as well as kitchen utensils, which is very handy as we had to prepare porridge for the child in the morning. We slept great, it was quiet and peaceful! Marina helped us with the location of the supermarket and bakery in the morning. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the experience.
