Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

- a little few cuttlery and dishes (3 each) - can't open the windows in the bedroom because of traffic noise - very bright in the bedroom in the morning
- Modern apartment with much equipment - Klemen was very nice and helpful - Close to the town center and the river - parking possibilities directly in front of the apartment - we could park the bikes inside

No shades on the windows so take a sleeping mask with you.
Apartment was very well equipped. Everthing is new and very clean. Host was very nice.

Nothing to dislike, just pay attention that you are booking a rather small room and not an apartment with kitchenette or
The room has a balcony with a very nice mountain view. It is located in absolute center of Bohinjska Bistrica and you can reach everything on foot. If you want to cycle you can directly access the cycling road connecting Bohinjska Bistrica and the Bohinj Lake. Free parking on premises is provided. Room was really clean. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!

The pillows provided could have been a little firmer

It is next to main road with noise from cars from very morning to midnight. There is also construction site next to apartements with big noise from 7am, it will be up to mid 2025.
Nice and clean apartment with perfect connection to the cycle pathway

We were staying at a very comfortable spacious room with bathroom and balcony. The room was equipped with a fridge, a kettle and cutlery. We could have breakfast at a small table on the balcony enjoying a beautiful view on the mountains. The owner was kind and he aswered any messages quickly. The place is close to the bus stop and train station. It was a great stay.

Great location, only 10 min from Lake Bohinj. The friendly owner welcomed us with a welcome drink! Easy check-out and spectacular views of the Alps from the balcony. Everything was sparkling clean, quiet, and the room had everything we needed. I will definitely come back if I am in the area again.

The main road with quite intensive traffic is next to the building and it's loud. In summer while the windows needs to be open it's annoying.
That's a very comfortable place with well equipped kitchen, nice spacious bathroom, garden and parking place. We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful host Klemen. It's near to restaurants and shops. It was a very good spot for our family to stay and visit the area.

Aside from the noisy street (which did not bother us) there isnt anything that comes to mind.
We had the apartment on the top floor with a kitchen and a balcony. Our windows were mainly facing the street which gets rather busy and may wake a light sleeper. The room itself has an attic which can be accessed via a rather steep ladder. We all decided to sleep on the lower floor (there were 4 of us, so we fit). The kitchen was very well equipeed when it comes to utnesils. There are no spices and basic food items, however we brought everything with us from home so that did not bother us at all. Our host was very friendly and spoke fluent English. He also gave us some restaurant recommendations. There are two supermarkets in the neighbourhood, less than 5 minutes walk. There is also a bakery which is open even during weekends. The town itself has various restaurants to chose from. Lake Bohinj is about 6 km away. We had a car however there is a local bus going back and forth. The entire hous seems to be brand new and so it is also super clean. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Noisy main road behind the building. It was not able to sleep with open window = too hot without aircon.

Having a double bed instead of two singles beds
The host very friendly and helpful (thanks for the welcoming drink)! The apartment is new and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the location is perfect (quiet but very close to center, bus stop and restaurant).

Not much really, maybe the curtains could be better at blocking the sunlight in the morning.
Very clean, spacious apartment. Well furnished. Klemen is a wonderful host, helpful in every way possible. We liked the patio with access to the garden a lot. Highly recommended.
