The train passes 1 meter from the facility so it is very disturbing noise. You can hear other guests since the walls are very thin, they came around 1:30 a.m. and were very loud until 4 a.m. so I couldn't sleep at all.

The host is very nice, wifi is great and even though it is an old building, everything is very clean.

From outside, the property looked abandoned. Train runs right next to the place. Walking in, the place stank. Some shady people walked in just before we left to another accommodation. Check in not before 5pm IF you can find someone.

We immediately rebooked before even checking in (since there was no one at reception).

Everything is pretty old, the floors creak on all sides, the bathroom has defects on all sides, the beds are in illogical places because the sockets are in bizarre places, all in all I think the price quality is not in proportion

It was very very noisy. The hotel is max 10 meters from the railway. And the trains keep going even at night time. The bathroom was a bit smelly. The price is much too high for a very average room.

I guess the worst is when you need to clean all the door knobs and handles so you can just... touch it. Without dirt. Without getting disgusted. The dirt was everywhere you looked. I am so sorry I have to write it, but its true. I guess the hosts could be friendly and they could let you enjoy the familly soul in this place, but we arived late and couldnt feel it. I dont want to write bad review, I think the hosts are still believing in what they offer, but they really need to care about the rooms more. They need a new cleaning lady and some new equipement, so they could really get the guests what they deserve for the price. The price was HIGH, like twice more than what we payed for a luxury room in Kanal. We entered the room, we felt the smoke from the cigarettes. We just wanted to sleep somewhere, we are not made out of sugar, so we didnt care where we are going ... and it was pretty late. So we thought it wont be that bad. But it was. The toilette smelled from URINE. It was somehow cleaned, but the urine had to be even around the toilete. The fan was funny, looked like something from a horror movie. The shower had cracks on the handle. The carpet was used a lot. There were spots and stains everywhere you looked, even on the furniture. If we had an UV lamp, we could see something you can see in a cheap hostels where guys take their hookers. The trains were noisy, but whatever. The equipment was old - but it doesnt matter, if its clean. But it wasnt. No fridge, no electrick kettle - ok, I took a tissue and used it on a bathroom door knob. It was black. My towel had some GOO on it. The price would be adequatte like, Idk, 10 euros for a person for a night. (july, 2022) We had to drink some strong alcohol to forget where we are and to fall asleep. In the morning we payed 6 euros taxes. We just laughed and we hurried to get out of this awful place. We will never return, anyway we thank the hostel for a place to stay and we hope that they will get better.

Well... the beds were the beds. The sink was the sink. The TV worked. And we could sleep there and then continue with our journey. When you need to sleep, its a fine think you can do there. The self check-in works fine, thats a good thing.

Where should I start?!? First I would like you to know that we are not that picky about rooms and we smiled and laughed when we drove away because this was a joke. The rooms are not very clean and it smells like your grandmas house in there. Many things was broken: Showerhead was broken of the stand and shower guard was felt off when we tried to open. Kids bed was two meter above ground with no safety bar against falling and the whole bed could fall when trying to climb the ladder Two meters behind the B&B is there a railroad that is heavily used to huge and noisy trains all day and night, shaking the entire house. On the other side of the house is a main road also heavily used. When we arrived we was told that we needed to pay some sort of taxes to stay there even though we already payed €100 for one night. (A hotel room in Ljubljana is nearly the same) We are asked if we are interested in Breakfast for €10 each. We are a family of 4 and that would be nice not to think about finding food before leaving. The menu was as following: White toast bread and some buns. Some single use jams Some single use butters Some single use honey that expired 05/2021 4 different yoghurts with toppings Cake and Coffee. (Not freshly made) In comparison we bought a full plate of meat meant for 4 adults, wine, water, beer, soda, coffee and dessert at a very popular restaurant in Ljubljana for €45 It’s our first time in Slovenia and we love it here, but this B&B is not 3 stars at all and we felt it was a tourist trap. NOT RECOMMENDED !!

We arrived quite late and the young girl greeting us was really nice and friendly and gave some good recommendations for us to visit in Ljubljana.
