Lovely surroundings. Big clean room. Our host Gregor showed us the best side of slovenian hospitality. Truly enjoyed our two dinners with locally produced food and wine. I would definitely stay here again.

I have found this place nearly randomly - we just needed one night stop to sleep on our way to Austria. The only criteria being outside of the cities. I have stumbled on Joannes Farm, read the reviews and (thank you for the ones pointing it out) understood that there is winery next door (contacts can be found on google maps, we booked over email). We booked wine tasting as an early evening activity - it was amazing - both the wine is of great quality, the owner who serves the tasting wines is a great story teller and an overall interesting person to spend some time next to the glass of wine. You can buy some wine as well for "takeaway". Once we have booked a room we got a question if we will want a dinner. I have trusted many other reviewers and said yes. We had it right after the wine tasting - at the time we were the only guests in the whole hotel and not only enjoyed restourant (and a really good restourant) food, but as well attention from the owner, who like his brother in the winery is as good story teller and has amazing personality. I hope I will be back.

Interior getting dated. Shower compartment is tiny and needs some work, shower head broken, and the water gets stuck and does not flow out quickly.

Good price, beautiful views, quiet, country feel. Owner is friendly.

Clean and cozy room, separate beds were on different floor within the apartment. The view from the window was breathtaking. I would recommend for families.

What’s delightful place to stay! The location is superb surrounded by hills and vineyards . The owner cooked a wonderful dinner we enjoyed sitting outside as the sun set enjoying conversations with other guests. The room was quiet, very clean, and the beds comfortable. Excellent value and would highly recommend .

Cleanliness and comfort of the bathroom could be a little bit better. But it was still OK.

One of the best stays we had in Slovenia. Gregor is a great host as well as a great cook. We had dinner twice and it was really good (and vegetarian on our request). It is next to the wine house of his brother, where we did a very nice wine tasting. The apartment is nice and sufficiently spacious. Good wifi!

We stopped only for 1 night on the way to Italy but we highly reccomend this place. Surrunded by wineries and great views the hotel is great for stop over during the trip or few days to relax. The host is very friendly, food is tasty and wine is good. Fantastics ratio of price to quality.

Very nice accommodation in nature with a very friendly and helpful host. I recommend having a meal in the accommodation. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but the food exceeded my expectations. They cook really home-cooked food, including their own smoked ham.
