United KingdomThe additional bed in our triple room wasn’t too comfortable (though my teenager slept fine on it).
Fantastic location right on the slopes. Fairly basic but clean and cosy. Food was ok, good for a 3 star place, we always found something we liked. Stanka on the reception was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Loved being able to ski to and from the door, hotel is right next to 3 different chairlifts to different parts of the resort.

BulgariaNothing related to the hotel particular, just one thing, the maid came, open the door with her key, saw that we were in the room (not all of us were properly dressed) but still she enter the room to change the towers and clean the garbage, at least she could ask if she can do it. I had a different perception of the location of the place (that is more my issue than the hotel). The lifts weren't working for two days because of the a storm earlier, but again not hotel's issue.
Very nice mountain hotel. The personnel was excellent and very nice, except the maid. The room was a little small for a family of 4 but not a problem at all. Breakfast and dinner were nice and the kitchen staff was also very helpful.

IrelandIt was very disappointing that we were contacted 2 days before travelling to Slovenia to be told that the hotel was closing for the season and that we were being relocated to a separate apartment away from the hotel. Food was still being served at the hotel but its facilities were closed. We were left with little option but to accept as we had all of our activities already organised, ski hire, lessons etc. There was no discount or compensation offered for this change. I can fully understand the reason to close the hotel but the original booking should not have been accepted if there was a risk of the hotel closing. The apartment itself was fine but we weren’t prepared for the lack of “everything” and didn’t bring enough provisions to accommodate us outside of meal times!
The apartment we were put in was fine and had all that we needed. The staff at the property were all very nice and accommodating.

ItalyThey aren’t very organized, for example there is a gate to access the Krvavec mountain top where the hotel is located and you have to pay 10€ to go through. But if you call the hotel they can open the gate for you. I think this should be clearly told to the guests. The breakfast room was not cleaned much, the food was good but eating on dirty tablecloths made it a bit meh During our stay the water was not potable because of the flooding disaster that happened the week before. After we asked they gave us free bottles of water but we thought they should have done it without asking. The staff is all made of young people with not much hospitality experience, or at least that was our impression.
The location was absolutely amazing with tons of possible walks and stunning views over the mountains and most of slovenia when it wasn’t hazy There is a restaurant connected to the hotel, kind of cafeteria style. There were not many options but the food was really good and great value for the money. (10€ a meal buying it in advance at arrival)

Germanydouble bed was actually joined two single - the foams of the bes (Matratzen) were too soft. arrival at night in darkness was quite scary, luckily my car was good and did not slide back when sudden turns. breakfast seemed quite good but it was just simple, breads were hard like stone, all of the breads. too much chocolate in all the Müsli had chocolate in it, all of the croissants were with chocolate flavour. juice was simple flavour-chemical in the water. car charging facility would be great to have at charges or free.
views were great - adventure climbing by car till top of the hill. checking in was done late due to late arrival. The staff was quite helpful and cooperative. we felt at home. we needed hot water for quick food and were were helped.

Hungarycannot reach the staff via phone and in person as well in case of arrival and check in, but after that during our stay it was ok; fun room token machine swallows our 3 euros, but reception have not offered a refund; dinner quality was low, we are confused and all apetite were gone when salad contains a fly as well….
You can relax and reload there! we love the fresh air and cows:) trambouline and pancake and tap beer! The mountain view is absolutly breathtaking, awesome! breakfast was very good!

CroatiaCheck what is on your bill, they did not let us see the bill before paying, than we paid and got bill on mail and we saw they charged us more dinners than we consumed, we told them that and their answer was that they will check it and contact us, they are not answering our mails and calls now. We waited 20 minutes in front of parking ramp because you need to call them to open it, they did not answer for 20 minutes. Very bad experience, only good thing is location of hotel
