We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ChinaThere was noise from people outside until 3am. Too many drunk people. It was not advertised as a hostel.
The location was really good for tourists. It was in walking distance to many of the historic buildings and restaurants in Ljubljana. The room was very clean. The breakfast was nice and the staff was pleasant.

AlbaniaThe mattress a little hard in the beggining but good for body posture and comfort. The smell in the breakfast restorant from cooking , but it was common in all the restorants in the area (kebab restorant).
The location is perfectttt, the staff very polite and helpfull. They allowed me to check out later. I was afraid in the begging because of some bad reviews but everything turned out perfect. The room was brand new and clean, the towels very good quality, the bathroom very well organized with everything needed. The breakfast very good and so underrated for the price of the booking. I will definitely go there if i go back.

TurkeyBreakfast was amazing ! warm fluffy bread, red-green belly peppers stired fry with caramelized mushroom, cottage cheese, tomatoes, olives, salami , tea , music as a bonus ..... oh it was a lovely warm breakfast and heart & stomach melting, the owner , the cook and Aysun they are all amazing , kind & generous people with their welcoming style , location is just so nice, quiet, cobblestoned street just a few steps away from Dragon bridge

Sloveniadisgusting. the room is cleaned, so to speak, right in front of you. The bed linen is very hard, the room is small, the toilet is shared between 4 or 5 rooms, which is cleaned once a day, complete unhygiene. For breakfast they serve 3 pieces of sausage, a greasy omelette, cheap olives, greasy French fries and a glass of tea like on a train. It is very noisy around, it is impossible to sleep. It is not worth the money, I do not recommend!

PortugalThe room size was ok and bed comfortable. The only issue is that, despite my room being en-suite, it was just next to a common bathroom, where people started having showers at 5h45 on a Saturday morning.
Located right in the centre close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was not the continental breakfast but it was generous and the staff friendly.
