The apartment is several minutes walk from the centre of town but it's also by the main road and a bit noisy. All blinds have to be drawn at night for privacy.

Modern, clean and very comfortable apartment. 1st class beds (1 double bed and a bunk bed for 2) with firm mattresses and crisp bed linen. Spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure, a well equipped kitchen with microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, and a terrace with a dining table + chairs. Super friendly + helpful hostess who helped call around to find us a dinner venue.

Extremely clean with lots of extras to make the stay easier, coffee, tea, oil, salt / pepper etc. The bed was very comfortable and the linen towels great.

The sockets in the room are confusing though. There are different types here and there.

The room is very new like we are the third group in there! Newly renovated, very clean and spacious with all amenities. The floor is cold so you'd better prepare your own slippers or socks.

The flat is super clean!!! 10 out of 10 for this, thank you for being so attentive to cleanliness! The property seems new, has anything you may need during your stay (for example, an iron). And the location is good, close to a number of tracking routes.

Despite soundproofing, it’s located on the main road through the village and road noise was invasive from 5 - 7 am.

This is a hidden pearl in Kobarid. Maybe pictures are a bit modest, but the facility itself is awesome. Squeaky clean, nice smell, comfortable, soft bed. Spacious rooms and quiet neighbourhood, Aria app is everything you need for a quick relaxing getaway. I wish we could stay more days. Owners are super nice and friendly, willing to help with any question you might have. Highly recommend, 10/10.

The apartment is perfectly located in the middle of town, you can reach everything by foot (restaurants, bars, supermarkets). We used it as a base for a short cycling holiday, our host let store our bikes in the lockable garden shed. She was very friendly and helpful!

Probably the most immaculately presented privately-hosted accommodation I have ever stayed in. Fantastic location for visiting the excellent Kobarid Museum, walking the historical trail or enjoying the local restaurants. Also, very helpful to have free parking on site. I was disappointed only to be staying for 1 night

One needs to be careful when using the stairs, because the railings do not go to the end step. One could drop off 2-3 stairs if you turn the corner too quickly.

The apartment is located just a few blocks from the the town center. The room was on the third floor under the eaves and outside light is through a sky light. Great A/C on a very hot day. The host allowed us to stay for just one night, when most places in town were requiring a 2-night stay. The breakfast is a set menu at a local restaurant next to the town square.

Loved the high spec well appointed room. Everywhere spotless, bed very comfortable and pretty much central location in Kobarid. Very welcoming and helpful hosts.

The bathroom was not located within the room/suite. While it was 'our own' bathroom, it was not clear in the description of the apartment that we would not have a bathroom in our room. I think that is an important detail for many people that should be disclosed before booking. Also the beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable, but maybe that's a preference? I would say it is overpriced for what you get.
