It is not in Kobarid but in Dreznica, a 10min drive (and climb) from it! Nothing to do/eat in the village itself. Not a problem if you have car.

Nice small room for one, with everything you need. Even AC. Friendly hosts and really nice sunset from the village to the valley.

Nice little room, clean, and friendly owner. Parking is...complex...but let them know you're there and they make it work. Great little terrace for beers after climbing. Incredible view.

I can usually find at least one gripe...but not this time.

Monika was friendly, smiling, efficient, warm and welcoming. She showed me where to park, gave me a few suggestion on where to find beautiful waterfalls, gave me helpful maps in English and had an amazing breakfast spread the next morning. The bed and room (#10) was very comfortable for 1 person with all the helpful amenities one would hope for. I also really enjoyed the quaint town.

Very good equipped rooms, especially full-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. In kitchen there is also a wood stove if you visit them in colder season. Rooms owner Monica is great, very responding to your requierements and speaks English very well. Breakfast for 8 EUR per person is also nice - wide variety of sweet and also basic breakfast foods (rooms owner make us great scrambled eggs with cheese).If you looking for cozy atmosphere surrounded by majestic Alps, go there. Is quiet at night. Drežnica is situated few minutes of driving from town Kobarid where you can eat or shop for goods.

The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean. There is a nice little area to sit outside. Everything was perfect. Also the breakfast was good. It's a buffet so you can chose what you want and they prepare scrambled eggs with cheese for every guest.

The village of Dreznica was charming. This B&B was right in the middle of the village. Host Monika was delightful and helpful regarding nearby hikes and dinner. Breakfast very good. Alpine balcony with a view was terrific.

There is only a single restaurant in the village which has one set menu a day. It provides superb value for money home cooking which I thoroughly enjoyed but I suppose this could be an issue if you don’t like the set menu of the day or have special dietary requirements.

I stayed at Rooms Pri Lovrizu for 2 nights on my 10 day trip around the exceptionally beaufitul country of Slovenia. Rooms Pri Lovrizu is located in the very quiet mountain village of Dreznica and approached by a winding road from Kobarid. I received a very friendly welcome from the host, Monica. My single room was basic but very clean and comfortable and offered a great view of the village and the church which was floodlit at night (the bells fortunately stop ringing late in the evening!). The food, both evening meal and self-serve buffet breakfast, were excellent and good value for money. Rooms Pri Lovrizu is highly recommended for an overnight stay in this part of Slovenia. Just be aware there is only one restaurant in the village. It was lovely and all home cooked but it has one set menu each day. So if you are vegan, vegetarian or any thing you will need to go to the next town for dinner.

This is a lovely little guesthouse in a small village. The hosts were incredibly friendly. The room large, clean, comfortable and fair value for the price. The breakfast was plentiful. The Soca Valley is a beautiful place to explore.

My suggestion would be to change the towels in the lower rooms daily so you are able to shower at the end of your day out with a dry towel.

Lovely little town, about 10-15 minutes windy road to nearby Kobarid. We had the downstairs room, which didn't get much sun at all, and unfortunately our towels were damp for the 3 days we were there. The room next to ours also shared the fridge and kettle which was between both rooms that we thought was a bit odd.

We were immediately greeted by the lovely owner who was very helpful and informative. The room was much bigger than expected and the whole place was clean and peaceful. The breakfast was fantastic! Dinner is served at another hotel just a short walk away which was also amazing and the best meal of the trip. Magical place!
