You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Mina the host was very helpful & nice to us. Good location if you have a car. Keep in mind parking down the lake or near to restaurants are easily €3/hour. A good size very clean room with all you need including TV that has many English speaking channels. The room's fridge is conveniently outside the room; meaning you don't hear it running during the night, a great idea.

If you get there at night is quite difficult to find the entrance to the rooms. It would be great to have more exterior lighting to find it easily.
The views are beautiful and the room is big and very confortable. There are chairs and a table to have breakfast in the balcony. The house have a beautiful garden perfect if you come with children. Very quiet place at night. Easy to reach from lake Bled.

Mina answered all the questions I had and was very patient. Besides, the village where the Inn is located is very beautiful, with green areas, hills, and photo spots. Moreover, there is a good restaurant nearby: GOSTILNA BATIŠT.

Nothing! It was delightful!
The host is amazing! So helpful with suggestions for activities, restaurants, etc…. Very personable. The room was very comfortable. Each room has a mini frog in the hallway for their use. Had a tea kettle and tea in our room, along with juice which was a nice touch. There was an option to purchase a breakfast crate from an outside vendor which was a fun treat— we had food leftover for breakfast the next day. Location was nice- about 10 minutes from Bled in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient with a car, but the bus stop is very close by.

Lovely place with a very kind host Mina. We stayed for two nights with a toddler and had a very comfortable stay. The guest house is about 1.5 mile walk from Lake Bled through the forest in a lovely quiet village with a small cafe, shop and playground.

Loved every part of our stay. Mina is amazing host, so helpful and accomodating! The place is immaculate and our room was reset everyday. Only a 2 minute drive to Bled but just enough out of it that you are not part of the busy, tourist town that Bled is. Will definitely be back !

We liked everything. When you enter the room you feel like you are at home. It is well furnished and very clean. The view from the balcony is charming. There is a free parking in front of the property. We visited lake Blade - 10 minutes drive away by car. The host is polite. There is a fridge on the floor that you can use.

We liked everything . Our hostess took so much care of us we felt like in a hotel. She is so kind and welcome us with so much attention, thank you from us. Perfect for a family ! And perfect location : close to Bled but in the good direction to avoid most of the traffic jam. I highly recommend.

We loved everything about our stay with Mina at Rooms Ravnik. She was a wonderful host....very friendly, accommodating and provided lots of local knowledge. The accommodation is very handy to all the sights and is away from the bustle of Bled.

I can't think of any negatives.
Rooms Ravnik was outstanding. From the moment we checked in, we felt so comfortable. The house is impeccable. Clean, bright, great location. It's away from the hustle of Lake Bled but a 5 minute drive to see the sights. Plus, It's easy to get to Lake Bohinj which is more laid back. The breakfast was the best! Free parking.
