The reception was very slow and the staff wasn't hellp full. The toilets wasn't clean and some of them runs out of soap!

There should be more hooks, both in the room as in the bathroom, especially in the toilet: if one goes for a shower and is carrying one's towel and other stuff, there is nowhere to hang them in the toilet. In the room, which is quite small, hooks would solve the problem of having to pile stuff.

The room was quite tiny but cosy. The general impression was good. The bathrooms were spacious.

some of the bathrooms weren’t usable because of the floors being flooded and sadly you can’t control the air conditioning in the room otherwise I was very happy with our stay

The only real problem is toilets / bathroom. Not that clean. And the main problem is that there is no bin in the bathrooms toilets. Not just in cabins but no bins at all. Girls have something called period. And it’s not really nice to go in the hallway with your pad full of blood. Because even if you packaged it well, everybody knows regarding where you are coming from.

Really central. I was afraid of the room because I’m a little bit claustrophobic but it’s « spacious ». Quite new, really clean. Really cool place.

shared bathrooms weren't very clean, water flooding the floor (might have been an issue with specific guests at this time, can't say for sure). "tent" had bad ventilation, air got quite hot and stuffy. breakfast not worth the money. go to a different café instead.

The rooms are very small, have no windows or way to regulate the temperature. For us it was too hot and we left the door open at night, which was not ideal. The common shower areas were not cleaned enough, flooded with water, dirty toilets and no toilet paper at multiple occasions. They were short on cleaning staff they explained.

Very nicely designed co-living space with big terraces, kitchen, spacious showers and relax areas. Perfect for backpackers and to meet people. You can do your laudry for free which was great for us. (There is only 1 laundry machine that takes 2 hours, and another 1.5 hour to dry) The beds are big and comfortable with soft sheets. Overall a super nice vibe, and would come back despite the minus points. We parked next to the train station which was cheaper than the garage next door.

The staff was so nice and friendly, specially a girl called Luna! We had some issues that the aircondition was unable to turn off so it was cold and she got is extra blankets. It was a very clean and nice hostel with good and private showers

Normally there are bathrooms for females only but they were out of order the whole time so we had to use the mixed bathroom which was fine but a bit crowded.

Even though there was a lot of youth at the fuzzy log and they stayed up really late, none of the guests experienced trouble while sleeping at night.

the staffs could be friendlier. they told us that they downgraded our room because they were fully booked but in the end, they gave us the room we initially booked.

the location is very close to the bus stop and the city centre. the rooms are very clean, new and super modern.

womens showers/WCs closed for the duration of visit (repairs?). Shared communal showers/WCs had NO SANITARY BINS (but yes, a standard bin holding the entrance door open: have used sanitary products to go in there?), showers had drainage problems (wading through dirty shower water and mud from shoes to get to toilet: see photos) and often users have to choose between having no door lock or no toilet paper in WCs. 2 disability facilities only: one closed for the duration (repairs?) and the other locked (night staff have no key) this is unacceptable. Mens showers/WCs open: why was one of the communal spaces not made a dedicated womens shower/WC while the original is unavailable? The cleaner did what he could but the job was made much more difficult by the partially blocked shower drains and increased number of users, given that other showers and WCs were closed

Sleep generally fine but you can really hear the doors opening and closing around your room. also the bathrooms - most private ones were out of order or flooded and a bit gross; shared ones were better!
