Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Quite expensive for what you get. There are some smaller rooms on the first and second floors, but booking late I ended up with a mattress on the floor in the cramped windowless loft with around 25 others. Very limited headroom, ducking under the beams, and very steep steps to get down to the bathroom. Insufficient showers and toilets for the number of guests.
The hostel is located right at the top of the pass, and has a busy cafe/bar on the ground floor. The staff were rushed but helpful. Amazing view from the terrace.

Great mountain hut location, high starting point for Prisojnik, Razor and Mojstrovka trails and via ferratas. Great stuff happy to help and chat, true mountain hut experience.

nevertheless, the dorms neither have lockers nor curtains at the bunk beds.
the staff was very welcoming and gave us helpful recommendations on hiking trails. the hostel offers a variety of dishes.

Breakfast was nothing special and I find 12€ too expensive. A cold reception but I guess because it was a Sunday and the hostel was completely full.
Incredible view, very practical for hiking, free parking. Restaurant and bar are very practical, and the prices are reasonable. The vegetarian soupe was excellent 👌

Limited number of showers so can get a bit dirty if using later in the evening after others have used. Breakfast a little bit expensive but large variety of food
Fantastic place close to lots of hikes ! Received an upgrade on room- extremely comfortable and fab views ! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Yummy food

The rooms were not so clean and had no curtains. Also, loud music played untill late, which was somewhat annoying as we wanted to sleep early to prepare for a long travel day.
Wow, what a views! The accomodation is set in a gorgeous scene. It had a terrace and the staff is friendly.

Shower tokens only gave a very short time of hot water.
Incredible views, great food, lovely staff, room was surprisingly warm even in October, comfy bed. Better than I was expecting from the pictures :)

The bathrooms were not immensely clean
The staff were so nice and welcoming ! We had just finished a 8 hour hike and was treated so kindly from the staff, even though we arrived later than we exclaimed beforehand.

I was on the attic so it was not really comfortable to climb there and back all the time. Also entrance to the attic is near the bathroom and some guy threw up half of the night there so I heard it perfectly.
Location is amazing, staff are really nice and friendly guys, free shower and clean place in total.

The room was very small for four people. The shared shower was in the same room as the toilet.

The toilets and showers could have been cleaner.
The manager gave us an upgrade, a double room instead of a shared bunker bed room as the dorm wasn’t fully booked.

3 minutes of hot water shower may be too short for some people, dim light in the room.
Good place to stay, the room was basic but nice and clean, young and helpful staff, free wifi, beautiful views.

Not many bathrooms or bins for rubbish but this is to be expected in a mountain hut
Mountain hut feel but with all the luxuries for before/after a big trek. Showers, plenty of plugs for charging kit, comfy and spacious rooms, great food, buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Great location easily Access by bus from Stara Fuzina

There was one shower that flooded every time someone showered. It’d also be nice if there were more vegetarian meals on the menu.
The staff, especially Max, Jan and Lovro were really nice and quite helpful. We enjoyed that it was right next to a couple of trails and we could immediately start hiking in the morning.

The shower (just 1 minute hot water by using a chip and after that almost no water coming out of the shower)
