Directions to the reception desk were not very clear/specific. Spent 30 minutes trying to find the check-in desk. Neighbor was a jerk playing loud music which limited our time on the lovely balcony. Room had everything that we required for our stay.

The toilet should be a little bit more clean so much molds around it and the shower clogged,the shower head was with mold and looks really dirty.they should have changed it. its not expensive to change it once in awhile.

The room that we got has a nice view and probably newly renovated.it is very comfortable....

Not enough hot water for 4 people taking shower in the evening, can be changed by setting the water to higher temperature

not too clean (the top of the wardrobe, where put to luggage), bins are not emptied, heating system: 1 of them didn’t work, they gave one instead of this, but the whole heating system is weird as the full system are electronic heater. not easy to park outside, we didn’t try the garage underground

don’t recommend breakfast. very limited portion and choice. it is kitchen in room, is better to prepare breakfast by your own. just remember to bring coffee and tea.

Large room with big windows to the forest. Well stocked kitchenette, comfy beds, strong wifi, parking out front. Nearby large town. Great value for money. Easy to find and check in.

Disappointment.. Beds were terrible, balcony in state of emergency, furniture cheap and old, ornaments very different in every room, shower corner has mold, worn and smell last night badly.. Size of room good, breakfast great and reception nice.. Never more, thankss..

Great location, just about 500metrrs from the cable car. The staff were friendly and polite. A good choice of buffet breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean with good facilities.

It was not good smell in the room. Only hand soap, no other neccessities.

Being on the top floor we had 2 floor apartment. The size of the property was really good but unfortunately that’s the only positive we found. The property was filthy, run down and not safe. Fridge was fixed with a sellotape. Front door was unsecured and had a gap in it. Bed linen was stained. Shower mixer ( hot water side was boiling hot and could cause burns), we had to wrap it in a tea towel to make sure our children would not touch it while showering. The main bathroom smelled. Upstairs bathroom was filthy- stained wall and floor. The walls were covered in blood stains from squashed mosquitoes and bugs. The rug in the lounge area wasn’t hoovered well at all. Unfortunately, we had to keep our balcony door shut most of the time as our neighbours ( next and below us) were smoking very often on their balconies. This apartment has a great potential but needs a lot of TLC. We stayed next door in Apartmánovy Dom Fatrapark 2 few years ago and had really great experience there,so we were very disappointed to see how neglected this place was.

The proximity of all the facilities to the room. Multiple balconies with beautiful views and all of the amenities included made for a great stay!

The bathroom had a really bad stench(plumbings?), but it got better after having the fan turned on for 2 hours. The worst part was - we barely got to sleep. Asked for a quite room (had to drive for hours to get here and had to wake up quite early). The hotel had a visit from 1 or more school classes and combined with very poor sound insulation (at least between the floor levels) - means you could hear the kids running around well past midnight. Had a chat with the manager around 9pm (went or well tried to go to bed early) - was told it might get quieter after 10pm. It didn’t until well past midnight. Maybe my expectations were too high (to be able to sleep through the night).

The two-bedroom apartment was quite big and the location/surroundings are really nice. There are signs of wear here and there - but all in all it was quite ok.

We had an amazing stay. Really close to the ski slope, friendly staff, nice room. I highly recommend it.
