We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandAlthough the kitchenette was a nice addition, it wasn’t equipped with a proper fridge. Instead, there was only a beverage cooler, which could cool down to 12 degrees Celsius—insufficient for storing most foods. Another aspect that could be improved is the lack of marked parking lines. While the parking area itself is decent, the absence of lines sometimes leads to disorganized parking. On one occasion, a driver parked in such a way that it became impossible for others to park without blocking someone else.
Great value for money! The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained and modern bathroom. The kitchenette was a very convenient addition, making our stay even more enjoyable. For skiing the location was also a plus - it takes approximately 15 minutes to drive to the lower gondola station (Jasna Ski resort).

Czech RepublicOne small thing we as a group found difficult were the walk in showers in which the angle was to small so the water escaped and if the drain got clogged by hair the water was everywhere.
Perfect location in the heart of the mountains. The apartment also had a grill under the outside pergola and a jacuzzi which could be used for a small fee. Rooms were nice and clean and even though the kitchen was small it had all appliances we needed.

MoldovaGood owners who help you everytime in every situation. They are polite with the guests and made the best service for our team for the summer world biathlon championship. We felt relax, stay fresh and had all that we need for us and for a little baby. Apartments are big and comfortable with a kitchen to cook healthy food after races, that is so important to athletes.

It is a brand new shiny apartments 100 m from the parking lot of Bystrinska Cave. Very spacious, more than enough space for 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids), all necessary utilities, kitchen area, free parking, wifi connection. Host is flexible for the check in time, easy to communicate and support.

HungaryIt was a brand-new apartment, very clean, with good quality stuff. We booked the small one as we arrived just for sleeping after skiing, which was a perfect choice as the Ski resort parking was about max 10min, so the apartment also has a perfect location. The landlord was very kind, and the key process and everything else were smooth. I recommend! We'll come back for sure in the next ski season.

PolandHuge problems with communication. I tried to call them before booking the room (many many times). No answer. After booking - the same. Sent messages. No reply. So I had to wait over an hour in hot weather before anybody showed up and then the person in charge was totally surprised by seeing me. Sorting things out took another 15 min. The apartment was not clean. There were some insects in the bathroom. Black sheets on the bed looked as if not changed - had stains on them. There was an electtic kettle but no coffee or tea, just some herbs probably left by the previous tenants.
It is modern, has private bathroom.
