We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicOur room was right by the staircase, so he could hear the noise from time to time.
The first contact with the accommodation was over the phone. I got a call from a very nice lady, she explained everything and I checked in without any problem. In the morning we had a buffet breakfast, which was rich. Overall, we were satisfied during our stay. It is certainly not a disadvantage, however, we were a bit annoyed by the absence of dinner options.

United KingdomThe room was very cramped. I would not have booked it had I realised how small it was. It had a double bed but barely any room around the bed or the rest of the room. Nowhere to sit except on the edge of the bed which had a hard frame very uncomfortable. I guess it was legal but a joke. The WiFi was poor and kept dropping out except by the bedroom door.
The hotel was modern and clean. The breakfast was reasonable. The bed was comfortable. But the bed frame surround was not.

HungaryWiFi connection is very weak and slow. Pillows are absolutely uncomfortable, they are thin. Check in process isn’t organized well. No one met us. No information was given how to pick up the key. Only after 4-5 calls we received an information how to find the key ourselves
