The room was good size, very clean and extremely comfortable. Self parking at the Carlton garage was convenient, easy to find, and in an adjacent underground garage with an interior walkway and elevators into the hotel. Parking charges were simply added to the room bill. The hotel sent us a message through Booking A couple days before our arrival offering us a guaranteed early check in for a small fee. We accepted the offer and it worked out great for us to be able to arrive early and start exploring the city since we were only there for two days. The on site Mirror Bar was big fun, you must check it out if you’re in Bratislava. The hotel location is excellent, walking distance to everything you would want to see in Bratislava. Highly recommended! if we ever return to Bratislava we would absolutely stay here again.

Also, during our breakfast, it seemed as if the waitresses had training/were under supervision so they kept coming to clean anything that we didn’t touch for a few seconds:) We tried to politely stop them but after a while, it was intrusive-but we understand, they were obviously leaning the job and were nervous:) Finally, there is no proper place to sit down in the evening and do some work with laptop and/or have a drink with colleague (except for the casino).
The location is perfect for anyone wishing to do walking around downtown. Breakfast was excellent, good start of the day.

Plentiful breakfast!! The location was perfect and only 1 block away from the river! Beds were comfy and the bar was trendy and cool! There is a casino downstairs and many restaurants nearby! Don't forgot to walk across the street and get gelato from numerous places! The fou tain outside the front door plays classical music and lights up at night!
