Low quality of ingredients at breakfast, despite of a huge variety of dishes. For hotel of this category, this is not acceptable.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Perfect location - Bratislava old town is relatively small - and this hotel is literally within 15 minutes’ walk from any of the main attractions within old town. We could literally see all the main buildings - the castle, the main church, town hall etc from our window. Staff - all spoke perfect English, friendly and efficient Facilities - our room was super spacious, clean and the bed was really comfy.

Breakfast was not so good, to little choice of everything.

Position of hotel is close to old town , by walk 5 min. Rooms are big and clean, towels were changed every day. Pet friendly and when we came in the room, hotel already aranged everything for our dog. Parking is also aranged under the hotel.

The hotel room bathroom could be updated but all else was great.

I was ecstatic with the location of the hotel, it was perfect for exploring the city. It’s in a very safe part of town with lots of food/drink/shopping options around. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would 100% return and recommend to friends & family.

Very expensive price at thw hotels parking area. In my country (Greece) pioneer on tourism worldwide, hotels are never charge parking fees to thheir guest. Greece is a "school" on tourim, learn how we do it and we are by far the best.

There could have been better arrangements made for breakfast seating, considering the hotel was almost full around New Year's Eve.

I liked everything from check-in to the size of the room to the comfort of the beds. The bar is very good and the staff members are all very courteous and efficient.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of old town Bratislava. Staff are all remarkably friendly and very helpful. We had a very late flight and we asked for the possibility of a late check out and they kindly complied. We checked in on nye and we were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary chocolatey treat and a bottle of prosecco.

Due to the bar, anyone can walk into the hotel but also use the toilet facilities. Didn't feel unsafe but there were some strange characters around. However, without a key card, they can't go upstairs.

This is the best centrally located hotel if you are visiting Bratislava for the main town centre with easy links to other places by taxi or bus. It's especially great for families for the festive period, for couples to experience Bratislava or i'm sure for business travel. We booked the junior suite but got an upgrade to an actual suite with amazing views of the main square and Christmas tree/front. Main Bed was big and comfortable, kids had two single beds added into the room that we could move around, enough to sleep a 6ft+ child. Bathroom/shower and room facilities plus coffee machine all good. Safe is in the room to use at your own risk of course. Hanging clothes /cupboards good size. Breakfast options are vast but was delivered to the room a bit cold, might be better to go downstairs but quality was good. The Mirror bar downstairs is very popular, service is a bit slow, nice drinks but is expensive. Hotel staff are great there, nothing was too much...exceeded our expectations...

Room is clean but very old. No usb charger, plugs are not designed for lots of electronics charging. Weird buttons
