There is only one point that we didn't enjoy - there is no lift from the parking to the rooms, so it's a bit complicated to get your luggage to the room.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, so you can reach all tourist attractions by foot. The staff at the reception was professional and nice. It was a pleasure talking with them. The room was amazing. It was of a great size and with a lovely bathroom. We had complimentary water, sparkling wine as well as macaroons. And the view was perfect! It was a lovely stay and we will come back as soon as we get a chance.

The location is great to get from the bus stop and to get around the town center. The staff was absolutely wonderful and even gave great recommendations for different types of things I was looking for. The room has everything you could need and the bed very comfy (not too soft, not too firm)….for the price, you cant beat this place!

Whilst the bar area was well done and worth experiencing, we found ourselves feeling not welcome by one of the Staff. The bartender himself was fine, but the waitress either didn’t want to work or just didn’t want us there. Had a quick drink and left as soon as possible.

There was not a plug for a hair straightener in the bathroom and the only plug in the room was next to the only mirror in the room that had no table to set it on and the lighting was HORRIBLE.

Great location in the heart of Bratislava. A remodeled, nice looking and perfectly clean hotel. Beautiful hotel lobby. Very nice and friendly front desk staff. Early check-in at 1 p.m. with no additional fees. Free upgrade to a Premium Room with View (#615). Nicely designed and perfectly clean big room. Big window/little balcony in my room. Nice city view. Comfortable Queen Bed. Very nice soft pillows and a comforter. Big bathroom with a large bathtub. Very good quality bathroom amenities. Fast Wi-Fi. Very comfortable high quality taxi service to the Vienna Airport for €66.

Perfect location in a beautiful old building. So close to the old town, easy walking everywhere. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a view over the square. Fridge in the room. Breakfast was great.

Bedside lighting in the room a bit too bright! Hotel Restaurant not open during the evenings but I guess this may have been due to the time of year we visited?

Really nice hotel in a great location. Good selection of hot and cold food for buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
