The bed linen were stained, the staircase was dirty and got never cleaned, the drain was blocked, the breakfast was undemanding (no good coffee, lightly colored juices with no fruit taste and loud local music). I’ve reserved a room for 3 people (2 adults and a child) and received a room for 2 people. We could not get dinner at 8:05 but the restaurant was open till 8:30. Very bad experience…

-Arrogant, conceited employees at the reception; -The breakfast is tragic, I wonder how you can spoil the food; -The room needs repair, the kitchen furniture is broken, the sofa is stretched out, the bed is uncomfortable.

pretending that they are a four-star hotel. at times there was no hot water and no internet. weightless rooms. the door handle of the toilet falls off.during three nights no one changed the bed cover or gave a new towel, the shower cabin leaked water in to the bathroom...

The rooms are cold, no AC, they are run down, but at least clean. There are a lot of children beggars asking for money, not going away, felt unsafe to leave motorcycles on the street (staff just ignores them). The parking is small, if you come over later than 18:00, good luck finding a spot. Restaurant and bar closes very early, if you come back later than 20:00 forget about drinks and food. Would not recommend.

Resturant, and bedlinen were old. Curtain was horrendous. The lift were not working while we were there.

Bathroom gladly was clean. The kitchen was clean too. Reception were friendly. Good view over Tatra Mountain

At dinner and breakfast we had to ask several times for spoons, filling up of coffee machine, plates etc. the preparation was poor. Outside lights at the parking lot are missing and also only 50% of the outside lights is working next to the buildings. There is no pedestrian way to the parking lots it is dangerous with children. Parking lot is muddy.

Fact that everything in resort is owned by someone else therefore you always have to carry cash/card with you. You can not just put it on tap and pay at reception before you leave. I did not like that there is no cafeteria where you could have a coffee, If you wanted to have a coffee it would be only in times when restaurant is open which is few hours in the morning and in the evening, otherwise you had to leave resort and go somewhere else, same applies for food. Staff at the reception and restaurant was not very nice, they gave you feeling that your presence actually bothers them. Kitchen in the apartment was missing some standard things that you would not think that you have to bring with you, like cutting board or cheese greater. Bonus question here is ,, would I come back again" ... yes I would but I would lower my expectations.

Apartment was nice and specious with a nice view. Outdoor playground and swimming area was good. I liked places where you could have your own BBQ. Staff in swimming place was nice.

The bed was very soft. Nobody changed towels for 4 days. Receptionists did not give me information about wellnes and so on, only when I asked them later.

Appartement was quite large with all esential facility.

The breakfast was expensive and disgusting. The staff couldnt speak a word in english. The keycard didnt work and they knew it, altough they didnt tell us and we had to go all the way back. Resort is NOT the right name for a ‚hotel‘ like that. It doesnt reach any european standards at all. Be careful at the parking lot there. The barrier has no sensor and closes with or without your car driving through it. The Restaurant is in an awful condition and is dirty. For children its ok.

Dirty, spiders living in the apartment for months…it smelled like mold and cigarettes, the building inside is covered with mold! Overall, disappointing! 1 star!
