The location was so quiet and the staff we interacted with Wenie and Jefferies were exceptional. And having access to the beach with a lounge chair and umbrella was amazing.

Very nice and serene resort. Close to all our target points. We rented a car and were able to get anywhere on the island within 10-15 min. 10 min from the airport. The hosts, Suzanna and Wenie went above and beyond making us feel amazing during our stay. From helping with car rental to excursion booking and providing tons of info about the island, best sunset places, where to eat best and handing out beach chairs Suzanna did everything to make us feel great. Thank you both for making our very short vacation perfect.

Suzanna and her team were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The property itself is great, very clean, very peaceful. I was really impressed by how modern and large my room was and all the amenities included. The resort itself is spa-like and very relaxing. I definitely plan on returning

It was not informed in the booking that the breakfast included was located in a sister restaurant or that none was available on Mondays. I was only informed after my stay started and that was frustrating, because timing and logistics made it complicated and I was never able to have such benefit of my rate. Property should be clear about that information since prices are generally high in the island.

There was no pool! They offer there sister resort pool! so rental car is needed! But the sister resort is only 3 mins away!

You have to rent a car or take a cab. It's not walking distance to anywhere unless you just like to walk a few miles in heat. The restaurant is a 14 minutes walk.The beach is a four minute drive. The average cost of breakfast was $20.00. The cab ride is$14.00 one way. If you want to go further into the island it's $23.00. if you want to rent a car and are not used to driving on the left side of the road. It's something you might want to take into account. The shuttle service ends at 5:30pm.

I loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and loving. It was quiet and no one bothered you. Daily housekeeping was wonderful. No children really quiet. The shuttle driver Garry was really nice. Wenie and Suzanna were very friendly. Suzanna offered us a rum punch and a cold towel when we arrived. My husband doesn't drink so she had a virgin punch waiting. She was very sweet and even took us to the grocery store. There is an IGA driving distance. Remember there is a shuttle from the resort to the beach and to the sister property Kokomo. Breakfast at Kokomo is wonderful.

You had to shuttle to sister hotel to use a pool or eat. No spa on site, that too was at sister hotel. So, all the things we were expecting to use while on vacation was not on property, which upon booking was led to believe the amenities where at this location. Then there was no attendant on the property regularly. You go to the office and there is a note for you to call someone. And the phone provided in the room would not stay powered on. So, it was useless. In fact, the other friend that went with us, left the property and got a different room at a different resort, because she was so disappointed in the place.
