United StatesI didn't like how the hotel shuttles didn't offer drop-offs to different locations like the Airport, Downtown Shopping etc. We passed the shopping district to and from our commute to the Blue Haven Resort. It would've been nice if we could have stopped to enjoy that experience as well.
The staff and all resort employees were exceptional, food and drinks were amazing . We enjoyed every aspect of our vacation thanks to the tremendous staff who made our stay a very positive experience.

United StatesThe staff was below par and awful! One beach attendant yelled in my face when I tried to move a beach chair. On two different occasions, the guards were extremely disrespectful yelling at us about riding our bikes exiting the property. Not only was the staff rude, they were extremely unorganized. We had to stay awake past midnight just to get dinner reservations. The front desk couldn't figure out our check-in service and asked us to come back multiple times. The pool is NOT as advertised on the website. The property is NOT A LUXURY property as advertised on the website. The front office is basically a rental car office. For the $$$ we paid per night, I was appalled at quality of this property, the unorganized staff, service, and WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

We spent 10 nights in 3 x different rooms but although the hotel was half full we had to wait to move rooms, NO Continuity for an AI holiday, we did book two nights before and one night after the main holiday, I did present my facts and did complain on several occasions without response Admin booked us a taxi and then gave it to a family as the taxi driver wanted to benefit the extra $ Ignorant security staff yelling at my 13 year old granddaughter because she was not wearing a wristband, yet on check-in we were informed that under 15s were not given wrist bands, after complaining she was given a wrist band, as every other child wore one, an apology plus plate of cheese and a bottle of wine was given to us, this was an AI holiday, the wine was left unopened and the cheese went into the bin Ignorant security staff yelling at guests attempting to erect beach umbrella's, but no information was supplied or any notices posted to advise guests Ignorant security staff yelling at guests to keep off the grass but no notices were posted to advise guests Ignorant security staff informing me when heading to the beach that I would be fined $250 if I took any towel to my room

Property is on the beach, very beautiful beach. Guests have access to sister resort Blue Haven. BH is a much nicer property with better restaurants and better staff.

United StatesRooms could be decorated nicer Old and outdated bathrooms near pool were very dirty and need a good scrubby and new paint did not like having to go online at midnight to book dinner reservation otherwise they were full by the next am. Liked having the shuttle to sister company beautiful outdoor furniture there.
Food and quality was very good staff was very accommodating and outgoing grounds were beautiful the beach was of course beautiful as were the beach chairs and umbrellas loved they brought you drinks 🍺 on the beach steaks were phenomenal loved the hot rocks loved the premium alcohol You need to replace the furniture on the deck where they have all the activities. The furniture at blue Haven outside was beautiful. Something like that would be very nice.

The beach and the water were amazing! The food was pretty good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very good time. We borrowed the bikes to check out the stores in town. The sister property was upscale and their restaurant was top notch!

United KingdomWe went to the Blue Haven to dine in Fire and Ice restaurant. The location was fab but we waited 1hour 20 mins to be served. They forgot one of the starters and then forgot one of the side dishes. The food was excellent when it arrived but the waiter seemed confused and very slow. He seemed inexperienced and couldn’t identify the salmon dish. Other tables had eaten and left and we were only just eating our mains. In a positive note the presentation of the food was excellent.
The breakfast was excellent with a large choice. Everything was fresh and the staff were very attentive. The omelettes were delicious. The location was perfect

United StatesI didn’t like the other amenities around! Pool was small and in a bad condition, no shade around the property as not many trees, nothing to entertain the kids! Kids club was in a bad condition, definitely needs remodeling and toys, activities so kids would like to stay! Buffet was poor with choices and available only for breakfast! No buffet lunch during 7 days at all and dinner buffet was only Friday and Saturday! Fish Deck restaurant food was not good for us so we we’re eating mostly in other Black rock restaurant! It was hard for us as a parents to find food for kids as they are picky! Buffet would solve the problem! Overall we had a good time , but wouldn’t go back there with kids! They were bored! It can be a good spot for elderly people or honeymooners who want unwind and only relax! Bar hadn’t good drinks either!
We stayed at deluxe 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing!! Very spacious and updated! Beds were comfortable! AC was working great! The balconies overlooking to the beach was neat! Beach was truly the best in the Caribbean, I have been at least in 10 other islands plus Cancun and Punta Cana…

United StatesNot enough food options - the menu was the same daily, they over cooked everything, can’t get food 24/7 or room service, staff was friendly although several acted put out if you’d ask for something- like they didn’t want to be there. The bed was horrible- very old and uncomfortable. The shower leaked and they came to try to fix it 3x - water ran everywhere. Very small bathroom no room to shave or for two.

United Statesthe AC was a little wonky as it was set on a schedule so even if you lowered it, at certain times it would change back. everything is over priced but you are going to an island where everything is imported so you have to expect that..otherwise no complaints!
the staff was extremely friendly as well as everyone on the island! it’s a very safe place place to visit and the beach right outside the resort is breathtaking. I’ve never seen cleaner, crystal clear turquoise water in my life! all the good excursions cost extra and are pricy but we’ll worth it. outside of the resort is very expensive but if you get the all inclusive package you really don’t need to leave.
