Apparently the hot tub hasn’t been working for awhile. I would also caution would be guess that this isn’t really a resort as the name might imply.

We were a group of 3. We were far from restaurants and activities. Each taxi cost us between $21 - $66 one way. A car rental is advised.

We were in spacious accommodations and the condo and grounds were very clean.

Hot tub poolside was not working. They kept promising it would be fixed, but that never happened. The room had no jets in the tub, so we couldn’t relax that way either.

kitchen implements need improvement. The chef knives need sharpening. Pots and pans were inadequate, and dishes were inadequate for 4 adults.

No breakfast was provided. The pool area was beautiful and the gym was good.

There’s not a restaurant or bar on the property.

Quiet and the grounds are kept clean. Property is in Leeward so you need to rent bicycles or a vehicle if you plan to get around the island. Not far from Grace Bay or Blue Haben Marina. Great value

not in the middle of the fuzz but close enough and a private beach 2min by car 7min walk! the staff was very friendly and helpful!

the studio room was unfortunately too small for us. our family members had the one bedroom and two bedroom and these were beautiful and they had access to a balcony which made the spaces so much more bright and inviting as oppose to the studio.

The property was beautiful! The pool, rooms, landscaping, building and garage spaces were all well maintained, clean and great!

We had a wonderful stay staff was great very helpful resort grounds were beautiful and well kept I was impressed by the spacious modern unit.The beach offered free chairs and was pretty private in our opinion better the Grace bay wehee its crowded.Make sure you rent a car most restaurants and stores are a 10 min drive.

We didn’t like how our room wasn’t ready at 4pm which was check in time. We had to wait approximately 30 mins longer whilst others rooms were ready. The bed was really bad and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs and it gave me and my husband a bad back.

We liked the facilities such as gym, large pool, and the apartment was nice and quite clean.

Turkis and Caicos is a place without cultural identity. Just a cluster of luxury hotels whose beaches value the exclusivity of their few guests. As for the Hotel, the staff are poorly prepared and do not help at all. There is no welcome or empathy for the guest. There is nothing near the hotel. Restaurants are scarce and expensive

DON’T BOOK A STUDIO IN ATRIUM!!!! When you rent the studio in this structure it says “without a view”. According to them, this justifies the fact of renting a room where the windows are inside the building with a view of the lift and without light throughout the day. Inside the room there is no air exchange seen and considering that the windows are in an internal courtyard. The beach where there should be sunbeds and umbrellas (not always presents) is currently in front of a construction site.

Beautiful property with a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff was eager to help and was very accommodating. The beach near by is beautiful and less busy than the others on the island.

First let me say that I received a map at the Airport and couldn't find the Atrium on it. That's not as bad as it may sound. OMG when I found it I was so so pleased with my selection. It is a BEAUTIFUL place tucked away in the Leeward Settlement with a breath taking pool area. The one bedroom suite was so clean and fresh. I had couples massage and we both agree that it was hands down the BEST MASSAGE we had ever gotten. Please check it out. Very quiet and was never crowded at the pool.
