The spa didn’t work. And I don’t think it ever did. The staff was quite rude and short. Not very friendly. I think they should change the staff and employe nicer Thai girls. The country is full of them.

The decoration inside was very beautiful and comfortable. The location was also good. Close to everything yet, fairly quiet. Even on the lower floors.

The bed was too soft for our liking and the outdoor tub would take forever to fill with hot water.

Location is excellent. The hotel was clean and staff were all great. The room was a perfect size and the kitchen had what we needed.

When I entered the room I was told at once that jacuzzi didn't work at all. Some kitchen furniture needs hinges to be mended. The TV is obsolete (like 8-10 years old). And think twice about the location. If you didn't mean just visiting night parties at Bangla road - it is not good by day. I'd recommend to look for better and cheaper places near Karon or Kata beaches.

In general the room was spacious and good. The bed, sofa and furnishings were fine. There's good lighting with special romantic blue ceiling LEDs. The location is controversial though. If you wanna drink a lot at Bangla road parties and wanna some place to stay as near as possible - this is your choice.

The in-room jacuzzi spa was not working. Entry to property is on a not-so-clean alley way. Since Bangla Road is closed in the evening you have to walk a quite bit on the crowded Bangla road to get a taxi.

This propery has a great location but only if you want to be close to the nightlife on Bangla Road. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is separated from the room by a curtain, but that works ok for privacy.

I think everything was good for the location and cost.

If you want to experience Patong main walk then this is the place to do it. Right in the middle. you can experience the hassle and bustle for as long as you can take it and once you've had enough it's a short walk. once back you have a quiet cool room and a nice rooftop pool and bar. Just remember this is in the middle of the busiest part of the beach, it's a great spot for where it is.

Right in the middle of Bangla Road, yet rooms were quiet, spacious and clean. Only in bathrooms you could hear noise from the street, but that was no problem. AC and internet worked without any problems. Staff was very helpful and were able to fulfill all requests I had.

Location is amazing if you want to be in the center of all the party scene. I live in Phuket, had a party to attend and didn't want to drive home after...so it was perfect

Location is perfect close to all the action but quiet in the rooms. Tv is an issue not many western style shows. Need NETFIX or similar. Staff were excellent behind the front desk. As were the bar staff. Will definitely be back

The bathroom smelt badly. The shower pressure was bad. There wasn’t always hot water, it ran out after 5mins of shower. I had a jacuzzi tub in my room, it didn’t work. It also took me about 50mins to check into my room. There was only one staff at the desk dealing wiring a group of customers ahead of me. I disliked this very much as I had just flown for nearly 2hrs and the journey from the airport to the property was close to 90mins.

The proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. I also loved that the rooms had microwaves and a mini kitchen. The pool side was lovely but the jacuzzi didn’t work unfortunately.
