It is a bit away from the hustle and bustle which can be seen as good or bad One sunbed was broken and never got fixed

Good location close to Sairee Beach, but far enough from the clubs to be quiet at night. There are some ants in the room but it is to be expected on the island. Free pickup and dropoff at the pier is very appreciated. The staff is always smiling and helpful. Very nice pool area. This hotel is a good value.

We booked two rooms for our family and loved staying here for 5 nights. The top floor balcony’s have lovely views with palm trees in the background. The pool was great for a quick swim and you could use it whenever you wanted. Rooms are large, comfortable and the AC is cold if you need it to be. Each room had a fridge and safe. There is no restaurant at the resort but there are plenty of good options a few minutes walk down the hill. Happy Place on the corner opposite Asia Divers did great breakfast. We liked being a little bit back from the main drag of the beach (5-8 minutes walk) and there was easy parking if you rent a scooter. The resort can organise transport and excursions if you want them. Staff were friendly.

It gets loud in the morning as a lot of new buildings are being built in that area.

They picked me up at the pier and took me to the property, aswell as took me from the property back to the pier when i was leaving. Check-in was nice and smooth. The pool is nice and clean, rooms are spaceous and bright as well as clean.

There were a few maintenance issues: the towel rail was hanging off the wall, safe didn’t work and the tap in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the sink. Door locks were not very secure, but we weren’t overly concerned about anyone breaking in.

Nice pool, good location within walking distance of the beach but far enough away to have no noise at night. The manager was very friendly and was always happy to help, including driving us to a restaurant himself one evening. Rooms were very clean, shower was hot and AC was cold.

The pier pickup was a bit chaotic and we had to wait an hour before getting taken to the hotel (it was free though). Although the room itself was great, the bathroom could do with a bit of a touch up and when we got our room cleaned the fresh towels still smelled. Both the room towels and pool towels had stains on and smelled a bit but apart from that everything else was clean. The area is generally quiet although we were woken up a few times by noisy neighbours as the walls were quite thin. No lift aswell which might be a problem if you have mobility issues. But these didn’t really ruin our stay they were very minor things and we loved our time at Aiya!

The staff at reception were great and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the pool was great too. Good location with food, laundry and beach within walking distance. Good value for money & they can help with any tours or transfers.

Overall we loved this place. The only things we can think of are small things (no hand towels or soap in the bathroom) that we also did not ask about, which is our own fault as the staff were definitely approachable and would likely have helped.

The location was perfect for us because it was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and town but far enough away that we felt we were in a remote secluded location surrounded by nature. There was free taxi pick up from the pier and a free taxi back to the pier after we checked out which made the process really easy. Pool was very deep and very clean, really nice temperature. Rooms had a safe, great air con and lovely balcony with a drying rack.

Staff in this place is exceptionally polite and helpful. Bed wasn't too hard compared to other Thai beds. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, but you need to walk a bit to get to the central. Not too far though.

There was a smell from the bathroom. On cleaning the room, I think they just folded our used towels and didn’t give us fresh ones but when I asked for fresh towels they gave them to me. I initially thought it was far out but it was honestly only a short walk.

Nothing special. Just mentioning that sometimes during the cleaning they forgot to empty baskets or to put new towels when retiring dirty ones. But when I asked them, everything was provided correctly.

Location is perfect, close to the city center, but not in the main streets. Swimming pool. Relaxing environment. Beautiful view of the hills of Koh Tao. Services offered (laundry, taxi, scooter).

Brilliant value place just a few mins walk to all the cafes and shops near Sairee beach and the beautiful beach itself. The bed is sooo comfy and the pool is lovely and deep.

Only issue we had was ants in the room (second floor) coming through the sink and into the room. Not horrendous though so we kept plug closed!

Pool was the best we had yet! Clean, big and deep!! Rooms were a great size with dual showers (rainfall and generic), large beds, duvet, fridge etc! Balcony overlooking the pool was great and free transfer to hotel. Staff were great!!!!!
