Very nice welcome from staff. Upgraded to suite on arrival. Happy hour at pool from 4pm, 2 for 1 drinks. Lovely pool area, very relaxing. 15 min walk to sky train to get to tourist district. Breakfast very nice, good choices and speedy service. We left something behind in our room when we checked out for airport and they called our taxi driver to tell him so we could go back and get it. Really great service 👏

Loved everything about MUU! What an incredible and lovely hotel to stay at. Very comfortable, staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They kept everything very very clean. The pool and views were beautiful. No way to avoid smoke and smokers when you go out to the pool, the food and drinks by the poolside were very average, but overall that really didn’t affect how happy we were with the stay!!

We reserved a 65 sqm one bedroom and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit that was incredibly comfortable. Beautiful bathrooms.

Rooms a little noisy, street noise and could hear neighbour in room next door.

No negatives

Excellent hotel in all.aspects. breakfasts offered many choices, changing daily. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Gym amazing! Italian restaurant outstanding. One of the best hotel pools in Bangkok. Only negative was the location. Soi 55 is.not near anything, but hotel provides free transportation.to BTS station.

Breakfast is good but only western and has no Thai options. Also lacking local fruits like mango, which is odd. Some units have a washing machine, but apparently not all. That was an unpleasant surprise.

Great location, quality finishing and bedding and set up in the room. Good staff and convenient shuttle to the BTS station.

Some updates needed.

The staff are great. Never will you be unhappy with their service. Always willing to help. I stayed at three properties this trip and always happy to be back at MUU. DOI the manager is outstanding… what a blessing for you folk! Everyone, from the minute you pull up…. The security, breakfast staff, all the gents in the lobby, cleaning staff… Is all I have to say is well done! A few things should be addressed; like plumbing in bathrooms and damaged flooring… Overall great job team!

The room was made up quite late in the day - could have been done earlier. No smoked salmon for breakfast on first day and poached eggs were served rather lukewarm. Minor details did not detract from overall a very pleasant stay.

Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and friendly (allowed us to have late check out at no extra cost). The complimentary shuttle bus was a bonus. Pool was good and breakfast generous.

We cannot really fault it in any way. The only small thing would be that it is a bit of a walk to get to the sky train station when it’s hot. But even that is mitigated by the hotel offering a shuttle ride to the station.

We got a room upgrade which obviously enhanced the experience but even besides that it was a really nice hotel and if not cheap we did consider it very good value for money given the service and experience. Great area with lots of good restaurants.

Close to restaurants and massage places. 15 mins walk to train. Hotel provides free shuttle which is convenient. Staff at the reception are super helpful, especially Eddy. Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. Highly recommended
