Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The area is not great for any activities, etc.
Beautiful hotel and facilities. Great for a stay if you have a layover at BKK airport, as there is a free shuttle to airport (20 min drive) and staff were lovely. The restaurant onsite was good and facilities are great!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use the airport shuttle as the staff at check-out said it was full - though it didn’t feel like a genuine effort was made to accommodate. It slightly took away from an otherwise peaceful and restorative final stay.
Spacious, modern, and very well-kept with an upscale, tranquil vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety. It was the perfect setting to rest and reflect after a deeply meaningful two-week journey through Thailand - especially with emotions running high after the earthquake. It gave me the space to pause and prepare for my flight home.

Stayed here on our last night in Thailand as it was close to the airport. Free shuttle service to & from the airport which was brilliant. Great hotel. Friendly staff. We had a lovely room looking over ‘true’ Thailand, which was great to view. We even caught sight of 2 Komodo dragons swimming amongst the locals properties on stilts!!!

The location not that good, but the stuff can help you get taxi very quickly.
The pool and the breakfast, also the balcony in the room was nice. Nice channels on TV. The shuttle to the airport was great. The stuff were very friendly and helpful.

Good value and nice facilities.
The hotel is much farther from the airport than I thought (20 minute ride with the shuttle). There is really no place to eat around the hotel, except local street food places. However, the restaurant in the hotel has an extensive menu of Thai and international food and it is excellent and open until quite late.

The rooms are a little dated. But they were comfortable. The back of the hotel view is less to be desired.

Have stayed here before - very close to the airport and has fantastic facilities. Particularly the gym and pool. The gym is well equipped for a workout and I have only ever had it to myself. The rooms are large and the beds extremely comfortable. Staff are great ! Very helpful with any advice or bookings you might need (taxi into the city etc). They have a shuttle service to Suvarnabhumi - we needed to get to Don Mueang and the reception staff booked our taxi which was inexpensive. We will always stay here when we need a hotel at Suvarnabhumi!! Highly recommend 👌

There is nothing I don’t like
