20 minute walk from the main street in Ao Nang but perfectly far away enough to not hear any of the noise, with a free shuttle into the centre every hour. Fantastic staff brilliant airport taxi service even stopped at a shop for me on the way to the airport. Fabulous hotel would highly recommend.

The plumbing to the room bath had a minor issue - the connector to switch between shower hose and bath tap was loose, so when running the bath, a small amount of water would also run out of the shower hose. Solution was to keep the shower hose in the bath while running the taps. Distance to town might be an issue for some people, although for me it was an advantage as I don't like noise.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very large and I liked the futon-esque design. The in-room bath was very pleasant to use and the bathroom was nicely equipped. The balcony was lovely to use, quite private and with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The room was very quiet, and it was wonderful to wake up to the tropical sound of birdsong in the forests. The laundry service was very good with a 24hr turnaround. The breakfast choices were very expansive and a pleasure to explore every morning. Room service was quick and efficient, and the food quality was great. The shuttle service to town only took around 10 minutes and was always very punctual. Reception was always very helpful and welcoming, and airport transfers were handled very well which made coming and going very straightforward. Tee Restaurant next to the hotel provided a nice alternative for dinner only a short walk away.

Everything was amazing. First of all, very lovely staff, always kind and helpfull, we felt so cared for. Also spa service, the best massages we ever had (we had the massages every day of our stay because it was so amazing!!!) very comfortable rooms and outside pool, great food! I was afraid of the breakfast because of some negative comments about them on booking but have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised, we ate so much great food and vegetables/fruits, omelets, etc. Uff I really miss how great it was. My friends wanted to scratch our plans for other travels in Thailand and just stay in Anana whole two weeks. I cant forget morning yoga in the studio outside, wau the best start of the day. And we also used loundry service, very convenient. I miss you, I want to come back 🥹

The breakfast selection wasn't great, very little variety. Gym is very basic.

This hotel is great, lovely facilities, reasonably sized rooms, pool is great and staff are very friendly. Location for us was perfect as was away from the bustle of Krabi but still close enough for us to join in the fun. Hotel provides a free shuttle to Krabi, which takes around 5 mins. We had a stunning view from our balcony of the mountains The aromatherapy massage in the salt room was one of the best I've had.

It is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel. It is furnished very poorly, no wardrobe, mattress on a platform, no hair conditioner, bathrobe with many holes.. Breakfast was very poor During the morning a maintenance person landed on our balcony.. Nobody told us that somethjng like that can happen, that there were making any repairs and honestly that should not be happening in 5 star hotel Not enough sun beds by the pool It was too expensive

There are only a few minor downsides. The gym is quite small, so keep that in mind if working out is a priority. Since it's not a large hotel, there aren't hundreds of sunbeds by the pool, but it still feels comfortable and never overly crowded. Breakfast is the same every day, but it's still delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect-just a short 10 minute drive from the main road, so it's close to everything but still peaceful, away from the noise of bars and music. One of the highlights was the stunning mountain views from the rooftop-absolutely beautiful! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The pool area is a great spot to relax, with a swim-up bar and a regular bar adding to the experience.

Nothing not to like!

The staff so were so lovely and accommodating! They went above and beyond at all times. The property had great facilities and was in a secluded location but close enough to all activities and restaurants in Ao Nang.

Quiet location with beautiful sunsets. Pool area lovely when you could get a bed. Transfer into Oa Nang very handy. Good breakfast & food very tasty at the pool & rooftop restaurants

The sun-beds need a complete upgrade, dirty and stained, takes away all the elegance once seen. There was a smell of sewage around the pool. Our shower was partly broken, we just dealt with it as we couldn’t be bothered to move. Toilet roll holder fell off. The gym is useable but very old and deteriorating.

Location is great, away from chaos but not too far. Pool is lovely, especially the swim up one to the rooms. Lovely roof top which does amazing food and cocktails. The area is peaceful and beautiful. They do a free shuttle to and from beach every hour which is great and easy.
