Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Great rooftop pool with stunning views. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great location close to the main beach, making day trips super easy. Loads to do in the area, however the hotel still felt peaceful. Great breakfast.

The cliff top pool has the best view of the seaside. The location of the hotel is perfect accessible to everything. The breakfast buffet was really good as well with egg station but also a noodle station! They had lots of different types of food.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great facilities (two pools, gym + a couple of bars) and a very convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Views from rooftop infinity pool and bar were great. Small touches like beach towels provision and ample bottles of water in the room made the stay.

Even though we stayed six days, we were given a room on a low floor above the parking lot with a very limited view. It is a small issue, but were no plant-milk options for coffee or plant-based yogurt options at breakfast. The gym was very crowded with people and machines, and the cardio machines were only halfway placed on the mat, so they were off balance and not comfortable to use.

The staff were very kind and helpful and were quick to remedy a problem we had initially with our room. The breakfast selection was very good, and the restaurant had beautiful views. The view from the rooftop bar was great. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The spa treatments were very professional and relaxing. Good choices for swimming pools on different levels.

The baby size bath tub in balcony does not fit an adult. The room rate we paid over priced. Very expensive.

you cant get your snacks on the pool area which is ridiculous first time ever for me

two pools and the upper deck has a nice view rooms updated and spacious buuuut they have the older rooms that is small and old so better book the higher degree view was nice

Rooms were very spacious. The team served us good breakfast. They all were very energetic and always we received surprises in the evening, One day. we received welcome fruits platter and the other day we received cookies. It was nice and sweet.

Only one lift so a bit of waiting at busy times,breakfast area is a bit small again at busy times ,had to call maintenance out twice as soon as I checked in light in bathroom not working and a leak from the toilet hose

The door could do with some upgrading. Need to pull the handle hard until you hear a click to be very sure the door is locked. Even though the balcony door was shut and there is a second door with netting, tiny flies still came in from the gap underneath the room door. Pressure from the rain shower was a tad weak.

Location was excellent. Close to everything. Breakfast spread was good and the egg station made very tasty made to order eggs with own choice of toppings. Infinity pool has great views over the ocean.

The doors and walls are not too soundproof, we had a loud family across the hall banging doors and always talking screaming when coming leaving-heard every bit of it. Just something to consider. Also our room was facing the street so if ypu need silence after reasonable hours then maybe to ask a room some other part if possible.

Very nice hotel with two pool areas, nice and tasty breakfast and excellent staff. The room wasn't ready at check-in time but we got offered free drinks for waiting which suited nicely for us.

Rude people at the pool playing very loud music on sound cubes and nobody said anything to them and also not impressed with the service charge, hotel would get more sales if they stopped it, puts people off nowadays
