very very special place! comfy bungalow where you have everything ( hairdryer, biggest bed ever, shampoo, chill balkony) the design is also amazing- everything is full of plants like a wonderful garden and the view directly on the mountains is stunning! just like the pool :) you will have the best stay here for s very good price

The bugs in the room

The resort itself was great, staff were very friendly. We stayed in a double room with fan. If we stayed again we would definitely pay a bit extra for an air conditioned room. As our room had seen better days, and looked run down compared to the pictures. Expect some ants, lizards, Beatles and flys in the fan room

It was quite dirty, the shower was not working properly, the sheets were damaged. The breakfast had ants all over the breakfast table. The most disappointing part is that we asked for a specific time of transportation to the airport and they booked the wrong time, which in the end costed us double the price to go to the airport.

It is like living in the jungle which is quite a nice experience if the facilities were up to date.

No facilities. We stayed for 2 days... No water , no wifi . For 2 days I was complaining to the staff but no one cares. They don't have any technical people who know anything about wifi. Also they gave us the farthest room from reception so every time we had to walk all the way to reception for anything. They don't have anything to contact reception. Don't waste money on this place. There are more hotels nearby which are better and cheaper than this one.

The bungalow was very unstable, the holes in the mosquito barriers making it ineffective, and in the bathroom there was probably no w since it was infested by aunts and snails, which is fine since we are in the middle of a tropical forest, but I would expect at least to have better systems to keep the bugs away… Furthermore, I had to kill 2 cockroaches by myself (and I have a phobia for them) since the stuff was not helpful and didn’t help to change my room after the first time I saw them misleading me since in they they told me they would but then didn’t… Lastly, bed was very tough and uncomfortable and the room was not well structured since plug was just one and light was far from entrance and no real table (just a tiny shelf) to put your wallet and so on.

The resort is in the middle of nature within all the caves, so very convenient for people who go there for climbing since there are really nice spots.

The bathroom and cabin we were allocated was run down and had a pest problem. Granted it is in the forest and there is mosquito nets around the building but They definitely needed to be more attentive when cleaning. Also the room we got was not the same room in the pictures.

You get what you pay for with the rooms basic facilities in a near central location in the forest it's a 15 minute walk to the beach but we drove if you are spending the entire day out of the hotel the money you save on accommodation can be used in ao nang. I did enjoy the forest atmosphere and it was a peaceful enough on a night time but it's not a good place for those who are light sleepers

Unfortunately due to my partners job we needed WiFi which this accommodation lacked, but said it had it in the description which is why we picked the accommodation

We opted for the treehouse room at this accommodation and it was lovely. Gorgeous location underneath the limestone rocks. The room was spacious and clean and had a very nice pool

The room was pretty ugly, especially the bathroom, maybe it's because it was the cheapest option but still it wasn't worth the price. We found a lot of insects and animals (even a frog) in the bathroom and the were many squirrels running under the roof and scratching the walls, making much noise all night (yes we know we the hotel is located in the middle of a little jungle but we had previously been in a more remote hotel in kao sok, with no-roof bathroom and we didnt have any problem in that sense). Only saying that the infrastructure may need some renovation. The ad photos look more beautiful than reality. Breakfast was okay: some fruit, jogurt, some pancakes and mostly salty food. It could be improved.

The location is beautiful, it is quiet. the staff is nice, free shuttle to the beach four times per day

This was the absolute worst property I have ever stayed in. You have to live out of a suitcase there is no shelf or anything of the sort for clothes. There are thousands of insect eggs on the floor right next to the mattress (also on the floor). There is trash and rubble everywhere. It's called a resort and spa...there is no spa. There is trash all over the place and rubble and dirty mattresses under the restaurant. Under our mattress was lube, used cotton buds and the boarding pass of the previous guest, so the rooms are not cleaned. The cutlery in the restaurant was all dirty at the breakfast with bits of food on it, the bottom pool in the picture was practically empty. The doorframe to the bathroom was shoulder height. The latch on the room doors didn't work (broken), so wasn't the safest room and the list goes on. Only reason it doesn't get 1 star, is because the barman was a nice and friendly guy and the shuttle was convenient.

The only saving grace of this property was the location and shuttle every 2 hours

We booked a room that was ten times worse then the photos, they moved us to another room that was less crappy but still not the bungalow in the photo. Then we upgraded for a third night, for a pool view room when o told the receptionist she smiled a big fake smile knowing the room does not have a pool view. We were so pissed when we got to the room the only one in the area of the pool completely blocked from any pool view!! We spent 1.5 hours in the lobby looking for something else couldn’t book my kid missed his opportunity to swim we needed up keeping the room. It was an OK room but not for the price and BLATANT false advertising!! Also spa not available “under construction” bathrooms are disgusting had to use a pen to lock from the outside so mosquitos don’t get in the room because of holes in the net. Don’t stay there you can get way better rooms for those prices, just book in advance at least 1-2 weeks if you can peek season makes it really hard and everyone on Krabi is a price mafia.. the money just evaporates into thin air on Krabi -Ao Nang beach and they take major advantage of tourists

Staff were amazing They were so friendly, polite and helpful and trust worthy they found things in our room we left and kept it behind and when we forgot out deposit they went above and beyond to get it back to us and transfered it to our next hotel. The place itself is beautiful, the rooms are cosy, comfy but more on basic side. Being in the jungle is so calming and the pool area is gorgeous.

Room does not correspond to pictures. We chose this hotel for the nice rooms you see on the pictures, turns out we gor a standard white room. The placement of the room. Booked a room with "garden view" and instead we got a room with view on the pathway and the restaurant.

No staff at the bar by the pool. So if you want a beer buy from the main street which is not very close to the hotel. They had the bar open when I first arrived but not for the other days. The restaurant is closed also. Would have been nice to be able to have food/drinks there. Just take a taxi to the main road or do the 20 minute walk

Great natural landscape with monkeys hanging out near the rooms! The pool is relaxing and the room is large and comfy!
