Staff excellent, always there to help. Hotel a bit far out to the beach area but the hotel provided a free shuttle every hour and they would also pick you up. Perfect location not too noisyx

Everything was great. Nice pool, good breakfast, good location. Walking distance to main street but quiet and away from the crowd. The only things to improve to my opinion is adding cappuccino's for breakfast and some drinks/snacks at the pool or restaurant.

Lovely location, quiet yet close to amenities and restaurants. This is a haven for tranquility-seeking travelers -if you stay in one of the garden bungalows, you won’t even be able to tzll other people are staying there too. Lovely breakfast, unbelievable fresh mango, cook to order eggs… And I’ve never seen such a beautiful backdrop, unbelievable natural views.

- The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from the pier, which is doable, but they also offer a shuttle service. However, despite stating it leaves every hour, we often had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Worse, when calling for a pickup from the pier, we were frequently told to wait an extra hour, which felt unfair and unreliable. - The rooms lack storage—only four hangers for three guests staying six nights, and they didn’t provide extra when requested. Said it’s not possible. There was just one drawer, making it inconvenient for longer stays. Also, only 2 chairs on the balcony for a triple room - we actually had a argue a bit with the staff at the reception to bring us one more chair. - We requested an iron and ironing board but were told the hotel doesn’t provide them. - Birthday Surprise Gone Wrong: We had asked in advance for a birthday surprise in the room at check-in. They agreed to bring a small cake (which we later had to pay for). Unfortunately, the cake turned out to be from a nearby 7/11 and was charged at double the price. More frustratingly, the surprise wasn’t prepared as requested, and the cake only arrived an hour after check-in, after insisting several times. Eventually, it was a nice surprise, but overall, the experience was disappointing and poorly handled. - The reception staff was not very welcoming or helpful. Communication was difficult, and we didn’t experience the usual Thai hospitality. - While the garden was well-kept and bug-free, there was a strong smell of insect spray in the room, possibly from the ventilation, which was unpleasant.

The pool area is lovely, well-maintained, and very relaxing. The garden is lush and beautiful, with no mosquitoes, which was a great surprise. The rooms were spotless, the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and filling, though the variety was somewhat limited.

The light on the outside of the balcony seemed to be on all night. It would be nice to be able to turn this off.

The staff are very helpful, polite and warm. They will always do their best with your request. The balcony view is pretty awesome through the trees. The hotel has been well thought through and designed.

Not the type of hotel if you want to lie around the pool all day. The pool is very small and very limited lounge chairs which were never available. However in this part of Thailand we spent most of our time doing day trips and exploring Krabi, so it was a good base hotel for that. A bit on the pricey side for what you get but I think all the hotels in this area were the same. We ended up looking out over the parking lot which at first felt like a disappointment but actually not so bad because you have a good view of the mountain. Limited services, no dinner restaurant or room service but we ordered a Grab take away on our last night which worked out well. It’s far from the beach but they have a shuttle that goes down. Also we took their shuttle to Phuket airport which took a bit longer because you stop for other passengers and it was a bit of a hair raising drive, but we got there in the end and it’s a lot cheaper than private transfer.

Clean and modern, very comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast. Beautiful location facing the mountain. Nice quiet area but still some decent bars and restaurants very close to the hotel (not all open on all nights of the week).

We loved the location, the resort is nice, staff - super friendly, we liked the breakfast too. The only downside was there was some mold in the bathroom (that must be fixed since some people can be very sensitive). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay:)

We had such a wonderfull stay at this resort. Everything was beyond expectations. The resort's ambiance is beautiful, peace and quiet with spectacular views of the mountains. The pooll was great. There is such a zen atmosphere inside the resort. The Ao Nang beach is very close, and there are also many restaurants with great food in the same street as the resort. Great breakfest with wonderfull ambient and view. The staff where very friendly, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. This was the best accommodation we had on our trip to Thailand and we will definitelys stay here again.

The hotel is a true oasis in the super busy Aonang. We loved our villa with a patio, where we could relax. The pool is really good, the aesthetics of the resort, including the views were very nice & relaxing. Breakfast was good.

It's a bit far from the rest of ao nang, which on one hand is amazing and relaxing, and on the other a bit of a pain if you want to get places.

This was my fourth time staying here, but this time I chose the hotel building instead of the villa and was just as satisfied. The staff were as friendly and welcoming as always, making the stay enjoyable. The location is nice, slightly away from the center, but the area has grown a lot over the years, with plenty of restaurants and facilities nearby. Breakfast offers a good selection with a large variety, and there’s a parking spot available for those driving. A great bonus is the free shuttle to the beach and the departure point to Railay Beach, making it very convenient for exploring. Overall, another great stay, and I’ll definitely return!

The staff is always trying to scam you: They ask for 1000 bahts for a Tuktuk ride to the beach - we paid 100 baths on our own. Taxi ride to the airport was included in the booking but they still asked us to pay 600 bahts.
