Much, much better than I expected after reading the reviews. If I come back to Aonang again and have the same price, I will stay here. Sea view. Cleaning every day. For the price it is definitely worth it. And I arrive early and get a room for free, 2 hours before.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were kind and helpfull. The hotel was 2 min away from aonang street where you can find the best restaurants, night clubs and souvenir shops. I would for sure book again

The staff were incredible, always checking we had everything we needed, travel to/from Krabi sorted and offering such good discounts for day trips to other islands/tours!! The biggest issue we had is that my friend got food poisoning on the first day so opposed to our original booking of 2 nights, we ask to extend our stay twice by two nights so we ended up staying for 6 nights and they made all the accommodations including letting us stay in the same room every time we asked to extend!! Although there isn’t a kettle in the room, when i asked one of the staff at reception for some hot water to make my noodles, she said no problem and basically made them for me (i didn’t ask and wasn’t expecting it at all i was so shocked - i just assumed the water was boiled via pot which is why it might’ve taken longer)!! Just amazing staff who are in around the clock wanted to help, with the most affordable rooms and great views of the next beach over (could just be our room on the corners)!

The bed was a bit hard to sleep on. The TV in our room didn't work but we did not expect one in the first place. The view from our window/balcony in particular was not the best, opposite the beach, into a construction site.

Very helpful and nice staff, got us a taxi bus when departing, washed our clothes, all to a very good price. Room service was a lovely surprise. The location is superb, right by the Main Street and the beach.

Hard to say, maybe the bed comfort could be improved and they could offer breakfast (with a supplement), but again, it's just to have something to say - this hotel is just fabulous for the price.

Outstanding hotel: the value for the price is unbeatable. It's clean, quiet, in the heart of Ao Nang next to the beach, the staff is friendly and helpful. If I go back to Ao Nang, I would definitely go there again!

Unclean. The rooms were covered in bugs, the and the air conditioning didn’t work hence a very mouldy smell. The staff were overall pleasant. The rooms did not look like the photos online. We were supposed to stay 4 nights and left after 1.

its nothing like in pictures, the view was a big wall from next building with few meters distance thus pretty dark room. sheets are old, dirty and had stains, it doesnt even hold quilt inside it just falls apart. bed is not stable. you will hear a lot of noise from streets as windows wont prevent it. towels are old either, already fringed

When we arrived we were told that they are fully booked so even though we had a reservation of an upgraded apartment, we had to stay in a terrible one. Very dirty (also old & dirty bed sheets), no balcony & view, full of mosquitoes, zero comfort, not like in pictures. The second day we receive the room we paid for. Otherwise they were helpful with trips.

Our room did not have a window to the outdoors. It had one window with a view to the hallway.. Our room was not cleaned daily and we had to keep asking reception for water each day. The shower is not great.

The hotel is in a good location. Reception is friendly and offers a very quick and cheap laundry service.

The building is old. Our AirCond went down in the middle of night. No water kettle and cups are provided. And yes, the stairs.

Location. It’s just unbeatable. One minute walk and you reach the Aonang most beautiful beach.

I don't recommend booking trips or transport in the hotel though. Better book it somewhere else, We booked a big van for family transport and payed in advance as usual in Thailand but then a normal taxi came to pick us up with just 4 seats available, which wasn't enough for us. The hotel staff told us that's our problem and wasn't interested in solving the problem or help us out and became unfriendly. They wanted an extra fee for calling a van that we had payed for already. We claimedy our money back and booked a van next door then without problems and extra fees. So quite a dodgy experience, the hotel is ok, but the booking service is defenitly not recommend.

Simple hotel in a quiet small street just next to the main road, beaches and longboat starting points. 3 Minutes walk to the beach. 7/11 just around the corner. Very good bistro for all day breakfast called aonang in just next door. Rooms are simple but clean, staff was friendly. No noise from the mainroad.

No facilities inside the room .. no light .. no hairdryer .. no TV channels .. no table beside the bed .. no bathroom basket .. the plug near the bed was broken. Disaster

Sadly there were some other tourists leaving a mess in the stairway once, but that is not the hotel's fault. Also there was no elevator, on the other hand that was good for exercising a little during our stay.

Great hotel with cheap prices if you're looking for a place that is central for going on excoursions, trips and shopping or bar hopping. The staff is friendly too.

The room is a good size and very clean. However, we were disappointed with our "room view" as the balcony was facing an ongoing big building construction. Pillows were very uncomfortable as they were too solid, leaving us with daily neck pain. Another thing pretty annoying is the air con, it cannot be controlled with the remote. You can switch it on, but you can not control the temperature or switch it back off.

The location is just perfect! You're basically on the main road surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Plus, the beach is 5 minutes away by foot. Staff are very nice and hospitable. You can book motorbike and daily tour through them, and they also have a laundry service
