Mexicothere is a lack of communication between the staf and the customers. we were unable to connect to the wifi because they have a wrong password on the room and they resolve this at the last hour of our stay. we had an incident with our motorbike while staying at the hotel and when I reach out to the manager for advise she left me on seen and didn’t helped me at all. the bathroom and the toilet it’s all in one.. this is common in Asia but there are many hotels that have it separated. it’s messy when you shower and pee at the same place. also, this is a diving hotel and due tu that they increased the prices of diving for a 1000 bahts. which I don’t get… if everybody outside have a price why is it more expensive on your hotel where you already paid a fair amount for your stay?

GermanyIt was dirty. Stains on towels, floor and bed sheets. Room service only If you ask for it at the reception. A lot of hypocracy. Everywhere it's stated that you need to save water, but even if it's raining the lawn sprinklers are on. The dive center is unorganised, Instructors do follow Padi standards, but don't know Thema in detail and everyone has a different view on that.
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location. Good Restaurant with excellent cocktails. Smooth transfer from the pier. Daily fresh water. Friendly dive Instructors. Natalie (Manager of the Dive Center) is really forthcoming with a good will and knowledge.

United KingdomWe initially booked the bungalow, however upon arriving it was nothing like the pictures with lots of damage, such as window and bathroom needed completely redoing. The staff did however move us to the hotel room with no issues No hand soap in bathrooms Lack of facilities for people who aren’t diving (pool is often used by divers) Can be noisy at certain periods in block C as storage garages are below
On-site diving available with really great diving staff Room in block C was spacious with modern facilities and a clean room Decent on site restaurant
