The bed was horrible, a stone block didn't sleep for the whole stay. Strange loud dripping noise for the dry wall celling above the bed. Some maintenance is required, burnt sofa, decomposing wall and more.

Accommodation is very good apartments with everything you will ever need for a short or a long stay.

Stayed here a week as a couple and only 1 towel each. No tea towels to use in kitchen. No iron or ironing board. Uncomfortable bed, old bedding. Apartment could do with a little spruce up, mold in bathroom and torn curtains.

Great location, lots of shops, markets and restaurants nearby. Friendly security staff. Felt very safe there. Spacious apartment. Lovely cafe within apartment block.

Check-in process was stressful. No staff to talk to face to face, so had to message through booking.com. Our room was changed before we arrived. Then when we arrived, no key in lock box for this room. So we had to message the owner to be told our room was not ready (we arrived 4 hours after check-in time). We were then told we could either wait for our room to be ready (2 more hours) or accept another room. So we took the other room only to find there was no washing machine. So we had to move rooms again. This was stressful after a flight and carrying all of our luggage. No signage to where anything was, had to go looking for swimming pool, which was accessed by a different elevator than the one used to get to your room. If the check-in had not been so stressful, it would have been a good stay. Would benefit from a safe in the room! Everything else was fine, apart from the check-in. A room should be ready from the check-in time, which was 12pm. So if you arrive at 4pm, the room should have been ready 4 hours previous.

Nice apartment, great rooftop pool/gym. 15 minute walk to the night market.

During our stay, we encountered an issue with the self-checkout process at the accommodation. While the self-check-in process with the digital code to access the room keys worked smoothly, we faced difficulties during checkout. The digital code provided by the owner to access the locker in the lobby where we were to place the keys did not work, leaving us unable to return the keys. With no staff present at the reception to assist, and with a time constraint to reach the airport, we experienced a delay of approximately 20 minutes. Eventually, we sought assistance from the security personnel, who provided us with a new digital code that successfully opened the locker. This experience highlighted a need for better reliability and contingency planning in the self-checkout process to avoid such inconveniences for future guests.

The compact house boasts all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view from the top floor and the refreshing swim in the pool. Overall, it's a pleasant accommodation option, made even better by the added convenience of free car parking.

The communication on booking . Com was so bad. I texted my host 7 times and only a few texts went thru. Booking. Com did not updat our revised flights and we paid 300 euros to change them. Went to help desk for our flights and the first girl said sorry nothing we can do call the airline. Which of course they say talk to your service provider. Had to go thru to two more agents before we got the change and then it never got updated and I get texts today saying book into your flight tonight when we are already here !!!! Sorry won’t use you again as the communication has been Terrible.

The Apartment was poorly maintained, dirty and there was no hot water for shower. Customer service was the worst. I was promised to get the keycard at 8am in the morning but ended up chasing them all morning up till my checkout time with no results. So I never got the keycard and wasn’t able to access the facilities (infinity pool sauna etc) Also staff stopped responding and was not able to reach a fair resolution due to their non response. See screenshots I tried to chase up with them on WhatsApp, via booking.com and booking.com’s customer service with virtually zero response and zero results. Don’t waste your time. Have provided screenshots of the initial agreement to bring card at 8am and subsequent booking.com conversation. They made no effort to properly take care of the customer once they got your money.

Infinity pool and Sauna/steam room. However could not use as was not provided keycard on check-in, was promised first thing in the morning, but never materialised despite chasing up with staff all morning before needing to check out.

Furniture is very uninviting, would. It really want to sit on that couch. Decaying building a little weird. Be careful of pidgeon poop accumulation on the balcony.

Bed and view from bed is pretty cool. Building B has slightly fewer or less annoying tourists than building A.

The apartment needs a good deep clean and decoration as the walls and doors are all dirty, the curtains were ripped. There wasn’t one piece of crockery that was chipped or had a crack in it. The kitchen sink plug didn’t work plus no hot water to that sink or to the toilet sink and bathroom sink. The only tap that had hot water was the bath. It had a shower attachment but no shower curtain so the water went everywhere, plus lots of mould in the bathroom around the bath and on the floor. We were only left one towel each which was not enough not even a tea towel for drying the chipped plates. The bed linen didn’t feel freshly washed either. The owners didn’t leave a welcome pack or any instructions on how things worked or how to get to the swimming pool/gym. The gym was always overcrowded and the swimming pool is a waste of time a lot smaller than the picture and only 4-5 beds plus the description showed a pool with seats in the middle this is not the case again falsely leading you into thinking it’s something wonderful. We checked out early as didn’t feel comfortable or safe. I message booking.com but still haven’t had a reply. Plus I messaged the owner to let them know as all they wanted from me was a good review all I got back was a lame excuse of previous tenants and they will try harder. Unfortunately for us we wasted our money on what we thought was going to be something amazing. So I do hope the owners start listing the property correctly and that booking.com also checks things out. We would never of booked this if at anytime I knew it was illegal I had also looked and checked reviews on this property and at the time nothing triggered any warning signs.

Nothing was liked about this property. The listing lied. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel unwelcome then we discovered it is illegal to stay for less than 30 days. The apartment was in B block and on the 8th floor upon walking in it looked ok until you started to look closer.
