You need a ride to get anywhere really. There’s a very quiet, but nice beach in walking distance, but everything else is a drive away. It’s also right on the ‘main’ road, so short of kerb appeal when you first arrive but the bungalows are tucked round the back so you don’t notice it as much when you’re in your house.

It was a nice spacious bungalow - actually two adjoining with two bathrooms. Very clean and two hammocks outside. The family that ran it were lovely and very helpful with everything.

The place was near to the beach (by foot) and 7eleven (for snacks). Had a warm welcome by the owner and the service was excellent! Great stay here & the room is spacious enough for 3 persons. Definitely recommend this place!

Our first two nights was spent in a room with a strong smell of cleaning product that would not go away so that was unpleasant. Then we were changed to a different room. Hard matrass in the second room and the door that didn't fit well in the lock so when it was windy during the night it felt like someone was trying to get in to the room.

Big room. Very friendly staff Rented a new good motorbike from the place.

e stayed in a bungalow of a higher standard, which met all our expectations, comfortable bed, air conditioning, large bathroom, safe. Professional and friendly service, possibility of purchasing additional attractions at the reception. The area is quiet, but there is a 24-hour shop and restaurants just a few minutes away.

The property can improve by having the reception manned most of the time.

The rooms are spacious. Air conditioning, fan, and small ref are in very good condition. Coffee and water are provided each day. Clean bed sheets and towels are provided. Baan Check-In has a very good location. The resort is family-owned and run by the family. The owner Bang-on is very nice, he offered to take us around and took us to beach spots and bays we would have otherwise we wouldn't have found out about.

Family run business - lovely couple/family who were absolutely brilliant and helpful. You can directly book washing/scooters, anything with them. Very smiley :) (7/11 across the road which is a god send!)

Nothing - it’s a lovely hotel. It’s a little bit further away to beach bars but only a 10/15 minute walk!

Loved the little rooms with hammocks outside! Was clean compared to other places in Thailand!

The pillows aren’t great, rather lumpy and hard. Not against the hotel but we would have stayed fewer night (2/3) and then move farther south to see nicer beaches.

The property is clean and well looked after. The trees around the room (not the bungalow) provide a bit of intimacy for other guests walking past. Close to a beach, 7 eleven, and has it’s own restaurant which serves decent food. Overall, a good place to spend a couple days on Koh Lanta

- no plug sockets on the bed / near the bed. - no facilities to hang clothing / wet clothing. Every room was using their hammocks provided to hang things / as washing line. They agreed to put a washing line so we can use our hammock but never done, we stayed for 4 nighs.

Peaceful location but walking distance to the Long Beach. love the lay out of the villas and how it was spaced out. love the plants and flowers outside our Villa - strong Wifi
