Amparva with friends, travel, accommodation experience is very good. The hotel was very cosy, and the water alms in the morning were unforgettable to us. The seafood breakfast was delicious and the landlord's family was very nice. Hotel out of the right and then turn right, water house scenery is very beautiful, walk 5-10 minutes is the lively AMPAWA water market.

Comfortable, clean family room. Brilliant location on the canal where we could walk to market, take a very scenic 1 hr boat cruise, view the river activity including large water monitors. Very helpful staff and great breakfast provided.

Directions need to be to chinese temple then a short walk from there (1 minute) the current GPS as other have mentioned take you miles away at the otherside of the river. The owners however will come meet you and rescue you if any issues. They are very sweet and great hosts.

The hosts were exceptional - welcoming, helpful, available, gracious and generous. The location is amazing, on the tidal canal close to the floating market. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable (and mozzie proof!) The common verdandah is beautifully styled and great for lounging and watching the colour & movement of life on the canal (including the giant water lizard)! Breakfast included in room fee is delicious & generous. Everything worked as it should. An easy place to be.

The owner is very kind and accommodating. He picked me up and dropped me off to the market every time as the location is a bit far from the floating market (10 mins walk). The room is spacious and good design. The hotel itself is by the river which is very nice.
