We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

My friend is a vegetarian, and it was very hard for him to find food. The hosts very kindly prepared Indian dal for him, for which he was very grateful. One of the best places that I have stayed in.

MalaysiaNothing much to pick on except the bathroom is a bit crampy and try not to adjust the water heater settings in the family room as it can get out of optimum.
We booked a family and a double room and we enjoyed the rustic feel of the property very much. The owner has been putting in lots of effort to beautify the garden and surrounding environment, making it very very pleasant to stay in. Besides, the property was also very family-friendly and provided a big and comfortable baby cot for my infant, which was really out of my expectation. The owner of the property was very helpful in fulfilling our needs. We checked in to the property after 7 p.m. and it could be hard to look for food in the area. However, they recommended a very nice Thai local restaurant nearby and were kind enough to send us there, help us translate, and complete the ordering (the menu is written in Thai language), which I appreciate a lot. They have a bar area where you can get your drinks (coffee and tea), and you can enjoy it by the pool of Koi fish. Not forget to mention the reading area with an array of books for you to read. The place is very suitable for someone who likes to relax and be surrounded by plants and flowers. Besides, the owner also provides professional oil massage services on an appointment basis. If you are lucky, you might even get to enjoy a free foot massage from the apprentices as part of their training program.

ThailandI did not find anything that I did not like anything about this property. Meaning this place is excellent and the owners are very helpful and hospitable. Great job. The property is for a place to relax and forget about your work and gadget devices. Peace and serenity indeed.
I like the quiet place and ambiance of the property. My family liked the owners who went above and beyond our expectations. This is the best experience I will always cherish with my family despite the change of weather which is very cold. Our advice is to be healthy and not catch a flu like symptoms because this is the one thing that can disturb your trip. Overall this is wonderful property to book especially while using Booking.com app. Thanks and shout out to Mr. Sunny and Khun Aeh Ratikorn(Elie) for helping me and my wife and son having the best Chiang Rai blast.
