A little bit too far away from the action for us

The bedding was sooo clean & fresh, the bed was very comfortable. Good size room, good bathroom with a shower curtain. 15 minute walk to a quiet beach, 25 minute walk to Ao Nang Landmark night market, which was very good. There is a 7-eleven a couple of minutes away along with a couple of restaurant's

The staff are incredibly nice people 😊 They will help you with whatever you need. The only negative is that it is rather dar from the centre if you do not rent a scooter and it is rather noisy at night.

This is a gem of a find. Large spacious room, plenty of storage and large and powerful shower. Air con was amazing. Location wise, 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 to the night market although plenty of food places and shops on the door step. Would definitely recommend staying here. I would happily have paid more than I did for our 4 nights.

At night it can get a bit noisy as it is close to a road

Great value for money. The owners are super friendly and will help with whatever you need. Rent a motorbike, book tours, book minivans. The rooms are clean and serve their purpose.

We had a room facing the road, which gets a lot of traffic. It did not bother us but might not be ideal for a light sleeper.

Excellent value! The room was very spacious and clean; the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple and included fresh fruit and yogurt. Proprietor facilitate scooter rental, and there were plenty eateries and a convenience store in walking distance. We appreciated the cloth drying rack in the room.

The hotel is a bit far away from the main beach. Fortunately, you can take two bicycles for free.

Guesthouse is a little too far to walk to Ao Nang so you must use taxi and Grab to get around - around 150 to 200 THB each way so not expensive.

A simple breakfast was provided which was a perfect start to the day. Lek, the owner, was so helpful. We booked a tour through him and used him to book taxis down to Ao Nang beach. The rooms were massive and no noise overnight. Rooms were kept clean each day plus Lek let us use separate towels for trips to the beach or tours. When we checked in Lek set up an extra single bed in one room as all twin rooms were already taken. Again - he was always on hand to help us.

A little out of town but no issues getting a grab to the night market in the evenings, the price easily covers the taxi cost.so was not an issue for us as long as you are aware.

Really friendly,basic but great value for money,nice restaurant across the road,help your self breakfast fruit yoghurt Toast tea and coffee etc was included which was a nice surprise. Also. Great price for Hong Island boat trip if booked at reception.

Booking. Com said no meal option but the hotel actually provides a satisfying breakfast of fruit, toast, cereal and real coffee inclusive. The hotel is run by two brothers who are both very friendly and helpful.

the host is a super nice man. helps nearly evething we need when we live here. the location is a little far from the ao nang beach street, but it is close to the local person's downtown. like big 7-11, restaurant and shopping street. if you want to live close to the local, it is a good choice to stay here.

It is a bit away from the main beach so it’s best to hire a scooter if you don’t like walking.

The wifi in my room was very very slow so that was not convenient. I think they should invest in stronger one. Also, mind that the location is little further but still manageable by walk or short ride.

I was skeptic about booking this guesthouse but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was well cleaned, with basic amenities and the owners were really helpful in arranging laundry, tours or other requests.

The location is quite a distance from the Ao Nang center, and the breakfast offered is rather basic and unappealing in appearance.

The staff's assistance and kindness were truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us with everything from renting bikes to arranging laundry services, and they even graciously drove us to the port on our departure day. On the downside, the location is quite a distance from the Ao Nang center, and the breakfast offered is rather basic and unappealing in appearance. However, considering the overall experience, the value for money is the best we've encountered so far.
