- cleanliness is average it could have been better though as we could see blind spot areas that clearly aren’t cleaned regularly as they are not necessarily obvious all the time (like behind/under beds and between bedside tables etc) - they offer a laundry service and we noticed an item was missing when it was returned and it was on the expensive side to do laundry with them

- location is good for getting around on foot - staff working are friendly - nice place for the price - right next to the Saturday market which is nice if you’re able to be there for that

Bathroom had an odd smell (kinda like sick) but on fan on it went away. Needed to clarify if breakfast included or not. If it is to explain on check in and to upsell it

Room nice, hair dryer towels. Quiet area nice and chill. Really liked lockers for shoes!! Local cafes nearby clean bedding good cool room with aircon. Bags carried on for us and room to store luggage. Can even get a massage here! Thankyou

I think it depends on the person. For me, the mattress was hard, but for my friend, it wasn’t an issue.

Great stay! The staff was welcoming and always quick to respond to our inquiries before arrival. They even gave us some great recommendations in advance, which was really helpful. The breakfast is definitely worth it! Before leaving, we asked to store our luggage, and there’s a secure area for that, which was very convenient. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, and we had no issues with noise. Thank you for everything!”

The guest house is basic but good for what I needed. Clean, comfy and tidy. Shower had good pressure and water was hot. Bed was firm and comfy just how I like them. A/C was good. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Walking distance to walking street, markets, restaurants and bars. Staff were happy to store my backpack for the day I checked out.

Location is very convenient. Few minutes walk to massage centre, night market, shops, bus terminal and just next to the walking st alley. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Carrie/Kerry (not sure how it is spelt) who was very attentive. She was there to receive me and helped me carried my bags to the room, and sent me off. She also suggested the best and cheapest way to travel to the attractions. On my 2nd day, I had cold and took some meds, and decided to sleep.in till noon. By 12.30pm she knocked on my door just to make sure I was alright...and I am so grateful. Be reminded there is no lift, but staff can help carry Yr luggage. And view of my room is the building the next door which gave no privacy whatsoever. Btw, we can now wear our shoes in the building.

I wasn't expecting the rule about leaving your shoes downstairs outside the building entrance, but that's the rule, then that's the rule. My concern was that it was raining quite a bit and wasn't sure if the lockers for the shoes would keep my hiking boots dry. Because of the rain, it seemed to have affected the wifi, and I couldn't get a good connection, so I had to use my mobile phone for coverage. Maybe these would not be an issue in dry weather.

It was a good place, within walking distance to the center of Chiang Rai, for the night market or the bus terminal. Room was a good size.

The staff member sometimes seemed impatient, but was still attentive (like when I wanted to clean my shoes)

Clean comfortable room. Really liked the location. Near the walking street, but tucked in next to a park and church, so it was quiet. Free bicycle rental. When my shoes were muddy from the rain, I asked if I could use the hotel hose to clean them. The staff member brought out a brush and cleaned my shoes for me!

Noisy park across the street during a Christmas event.

There was a loud, noisy event in the park across the street the first time we stayed here. Front rooms facing that park will be noisy.

The staff was very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags before checking in. They also planned for a taxi to pick us up early for the airport.

staff really put in the effort to make my breakfast and did not cut short on anything even though i was a solo traveler. the room was clean enough for the price you pay and bed big enough for two
